Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 kg
Onion - 600 grams
Tomato -2
Ginger - 4 inch
Garlic -25 grams
Dry red chilli - 2
Green chilli - 3
Black cardamom - 2
Javitri - 1/2
Black peppers - 10
Cinnamon stick - 2 inch
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Red chilli powder -2 tsp
Coriander powder -2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Chicken masala powder - 2 tsp
Mustard oil - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp (optional)
Salt to taste

Mai kabhi chiken nahi khati hu na banati hu . par mere husband aur mere bete ko chiken bahot pasand hai. Mai 41 ke age me fast time apka video dekh kar chicken banana sikhi hu. Aur mai apne family ke liye chicken banai hu.mere husband bahot khus hua.
