thank you so much the instructions provided in the box were so useless your video taught me how to do it properly
Thanks for the demo, but I can't get the one I have to do anything except rattle. I also way overpaid for it and, for the first time, didn't check Amazon first.
Thank you, the instructions that came with it were not helpful at all. This video was. Finally got it to work. Am trying to stretch and strengthen muscles and tendons in hand and arm after a bad break in upper arm. Using as part of my physical therapy.
Hi Veronica. Thanks for letting me know. I'm glad the video is helpful. Please take care and have a good recovery.
The best explanation 👍
And still nobodoy explains which muscle exactly it trains
From my understanding it can be used from the fingertips to the shoulder blades. As you move your arm into various positions it activates different muscle groups and the muscle bonds within the entire arm, shoulder, and back region. The resistance and vibration speed helping to isolate individual muscles as you position your arm at various angles and elevations, to loosen, tone, and strengthen the entire span. Such stretching and building adding more mobility and range of motion. At least that’s what I picked up from the advert. Mine didn’t have instructions either, and I’m curious is the center ball with the arrows on a fixed axis with the outer shell, or does its axis have rotational motion?
Mine has no lights and only spins in the original direction, top to bottom not sideways. Must be defective.
I got gyroball and i got arm and wrist fatigue in the morning cause i overworked, i want to rest but im addicted 😅
I’ve tried and tried and tried. Stops spinning in seconds. Probably just gonna throw mine away
Thanks a lot for this vid man ❤❤❤
i still dont understand which fkin direction to "spin " it in my hand lol it always just stops spinning withing seconds and stops
hello :)
there should be an arrow on the ball inside, rotate the ball according to the arrow. It will tighten the spring inside the ball. After 2-3 full rotation you would feel the tension on the ball, then release. The ball will spin, then you use your hand to keep it spins. Feel the centrifugal force generated. Keep trying you will get it done :)
@@setitikdebu2043 ohh so u make it spin IN the direction u wind it up ? i played around with it and what help[ed me is playing around with my wrist roatation and direction im trying to tpspin it in and eventually i got it right but it still stops after a while ..
@@pkersoul yes i try to keep the rotation according to the spin. keep practicing! you will get it sooner or later :)
@@setitikdebu2043 i got it !! but it still stops very soon but now because by muscles are too weak not technique LOL...
I never realized before how much of weak point my wrist and forearms really are until now..
Got it to work once, but now free sping. Any suggestions?
I just got one of these! Actually quite surprised. what engineering.
Mine doesn't light up like yours though? It's exactly the same.
If it's the same brand and model, it could be defective. Perhaps you can enquiry the seller.
The doctor that recommended this to me, I still didn't get it though, said that this was originally developed for and used by astronauts. Since it's kinda hard for them to keep in shap up there and if they don't push themselves they'll lose their muscle mass even faster than if they do.
Ok thats the part that confused me... So the axis ur starting w friction isn't the goal to move that. Its the other direction your trying to keep going? So it's like a fishing rod motion? I wasnt sure if the metal part was supposed to roll or the other way but i think i figured it out now. Technically u can get any cylinder type object w some weight to do this. I should have bought the one w lights though. Its Cooler. Now if u could Bluetooth music to it, that would be awesome
yes that would be cool, but its a trainings device, no company is gonna spend way more money if it works. and when im training i wnat to focus on others things so i can go longer. having music and lights would not help. but still it is cool.
wait how does that exercise yur hand
The spinning creates centrifugal force that you must put in force on your hand to keep the ball from escaping your grip.
@@setitikdebu2043 doesn't seem as efficient as other things like hand grippers
@@omerashraf8075 it's different. The gyro ball is as if you are pressing the gripper non stop and moving the wrist.
If you're a manga artist, your wrist is put to the challenge frequently.
This is why - the Gyro Ball
I moved it until tension occurs but I piece broke 😢
Im a roofer and i cant figure mine out
when i did the tension thing, i couldn't feel the tension after turning the inside of the ball like 5 times
idk whats happening.
hi, make sure you turn it following the arrow. if you did and still not tension, the ball might be faulty.
All I cam get is some small red lights
Did that happen to you when you first got it
hi, you mean when rotating? mine has other colors too like blue and green. so total 3 colors: red, blue, green. is yours the same brand as mine?
Just received mine. It looks like a cheap copy of the powerball. The powerball is lighter and is easier to start. I can easily start my powerball, but this gyroball is hopeless, it'll go to the charity shop.
So hard to keep the ball moving inside.... why mine stop so early?
Now.... can move it for quite a long time.... you must spin your wrist slowly... can feel the power ball in both hands... so powerful that you must be careful and make sure to wear the string provided for safety. Thank you... your video helps
@@setitikdebu2043 this is so hard! I got the same brand and can only get mine to spin a few seconds. Any tips?
@@alexma1533 1. Make sure to turn the ball manually with fingers in the beginning against the spring so that it gets a good start.
2. After spinning, feel the centrifrugal force. Move your hands in a way that strengthen the centrifrugal force, it will make the ball spins faster.
Keep practicing, You can do it.
Is mine broken, because I hear something rattling in side when I shake it, plus it won’t start up
Hi. Mine also has a bit of rattling sound. I guess it may be from wear and tear. But still running okay. As long as the spring still works, it should be fine. Keep trying.
@@setitikdebu2043 you have to take them apart now and again to remove some of the dust and grit that build up inside don't ever use oils or anything else this will ruin it
God damn careful you don't pull the head off it 😂😂😂 I can't even keep it spinning for a second
Mine one works for 3 sec that it stops what cam i do
Maybe you haven't loaded the springs with enough tension. Then you have to generate more revolutions with your hands to make it keep spinning.
I see why it comes with a wrist holder cause the speed it generates could make one fly lol😅
Abshire Way
Mine just stops immediately. Biggest waste of money in history
I ordered from the company. It does not do anything like this. Came with no directions. Damn
No arrow? I'm sorry to hear that. Maybe after you find out the direction you can use a marker to indicate it.

The Gyro Ball is a peace of junk hardly give any work out

Does this need a battery or smth
no it doesn't use any battery. the electricity powering the battery comes from dynamo principal.
Thanks so much, mine came with zero instructions. Got it working in a minute after I found this. Much appreciated!
Glad it helped
