Driving travel channel, featuring car driving in different parts of the world. Today we drive from Villa Serrana in the Lavalleja Department of Uruguay to Aiguá in the Maldonado Department of Uruguay. It is a scenic drive that we enjoyed very much. Please watch also the video we have already uploaded, driving in Aiguá itself.
Villa Serana is a beautiful destination on the hills of the Lavalleja Department. Quiet, familiar, in the middle of a great natural environment.
Aiguá is a charming small town in the Maldonado Department. Its name means running water in the Guaraní language. It is also the name of the municipality to which the city belongs. It is located 54 km from the city of Maldonado.
It has a population of 2,676 inhabitants. It constitutes one of the most mountainous areas of the department. To the south, the Carapé mountain ranges. To the west, the Aiguá stream marks the border with Lavalleja and to the east, the Alférez stream separates it from Rocha.
