No, this is the same band, they changed the singer in 2000, now the singer in the video (Jade Valerie) has left the group too and now is taking a solo-career since 2007, she already released 3 albums :) i love her songs and her voice.

I liked the original singer better, I also liked the Hip Hop-esque version better. This butchered the original Sweetbox song by making it more Rock.
