I have a Power Automate that create 200 itens in a list of SharePoint, and I want to disable the button that start this power automate until the previous one is completed. Is there any way? Hi andrew, I have a form with several data types and almost 100 fields. How can I create a button to insert all the data from that form into a word template? It would be much too time consuming to list them all in the PowerApps V2 inputs. I don't think so, not sure of a use case for that. You could add more steps to the power automate and change the format to send it to somewhere else? But not sure about inside the document.

In order to do this without Premium and just use a SharePoint word template you need to just use content types and quick parts in a Word Document. The Connector for Word is a premium function whether it is Power Automate or Power Apps. But neither is actually 100% necessary.

I have one issue with this "how to clear fields when we click button" means what should I write in button query onselect to clear field and show new one form.
Hi Vivek, there is not 1 specific way to do this. There are many ways. When you do a custom form you need to tell the screen whether you are in a new screen or edit screen. So you can use a variable to reset the fields. I would navigate to a new screen when you click submit. Then navigate back, and on the button for "New" form set all the default properties and defaultselecteditems. It is not just one button there are many places that need to be editted and with new formulas. Hope this helps, hard to say over a comment

Good question! I didn't know this limitation actually... I suppose you could input single line text columns with delimiter(like a comma) and then break them up in Power Automate.

Sorry. Just rewatched and you do have the properties added. Another issue...my form inputs in my powerapp are not inputting into the Word template when I click the submit button to run the flow. The Word template gets created, but the data isn't there.
Hi Gerald! Hmm I'm assuming you did add the Plain Text Controls to the template, and you see all your fields in the "Advanced parameters" part when you go to power automate? Like @3:43@@Elwood55312
I have the plain text controls in the Word template and all of the fields display in advanced parameters in the flow. It looks like its an issue with SharePoint. The file gets created from the PowerApp with the flow connection and appears in the SharePoint document library. However, the library columns are not populated. When you open the document and the Word application opens, the data that was entered in the PowerApp form does not display until you refresh the Word document (a warning appears in Word that the document requires refreshing). When it is refreshed, the data appears in the Word document but does not update the SharePoint properties.
I feel like we are confusing 2 different flows or maybe I was confusing it with 2 different flows. In this one I am not connecting the document properties to the SharePoint library columns, I do have another video where I do this using site columns and site content types. Now I am wondering if you can connect the document properties using this type of flow with the V2 trigger and the plain text controls. Hopefully this helps some, I feel like I need another whole new video on doing documents again? @@Elwood55312

Hey! I think this is where you would format as JSON and send the collection to Power Automate that way, then you can Parse the JSON as you need

The idea to work around would be combine inputs with a comma and then split them in Power Automatee

Do I need premium license for this one? I mean to use populate word on Power automate
To use the Word Connector this way, you need a premium Power Automate license. I have other videos where you do not.
