1. Kakapo is a species of large green parrot from New Zealand. They are also known as owl parrot or owl-faced parrot. They cannot fly but can walk and climb well. 2. SCP-1782 seems to be from a series called Holy Science. However, I have not much knowledge about it that I could not say what it was exactly about...
You should check out SCP 4010 - "Attempt to Look Back at What We've Accomplished" by The Exploring Series if you haven't already. Without spoiling anything it's one of those more narrative-focused SCPs instead of a standard anomalous entity/thing and it has slight meta undertones.
This is a good explanation that I stole from Reddit: The fetus in the toilet is a reality bender, and has been sentient since it was in utero. Its mother panicked when existence started to warp around her because of its influence, so she performed a coathook abortion to get it out. The fetus retaliated by splicing her into a septic tank. All the weird shit that happens in the apartment now is a product of its insane, unformed mind. "Shakes me, makes me lighter" is a line from the song Teardrop by Massive Attack, which contains scenes of an unborn child in the womb in its music video.
