We gotta love tna on that they always had promos explaining the plans of a heel stable. At least they tried to make sense of it
Except it rarely made sense, like this crap or Aced and Eights, or Team Saturn (Team Saturn made more sense that MEM. though).
Least they made more sense than the wwe
I hate TNA immortal
@@baconatorrodriguez4651 Aces and 8s made sense because the storyline was that Bully Ray took exception of Hogan turning on Immortal.
Aarin Moely you too and I
Love you too baby girl I miss you want me to tell everyone to get a little bit of your life and speakers and speakers for tv to be I
I wonder if in real-life, Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff and/or Dixie Carter were like "Is this story-line even gonna work out?...".
I don't think so, Dixie did always what Bischoff and Hogan said, that's why they tried to do the Monday wars and failed. On the other hand Hogan and Bischoff always though they're genius
@@arquii9377 Bischoff said on his podcast that Dixie didn’t like being on TV at first but she got used to it. He said it was Hogans idea and liked it
I was 12-14 and I fuckin loved TNA and the storyline of Immortal & Evil Jeff Hardy. Once they introduced Jeff as a Heel, my heart felt broken and wanted Immortal to get theirs, but the entire storyline had me on edge. Was one of those Era's of Wrestling where I felt so connected to it. I low-key was a huge fan of Immortal & Heel Hardy. 😝🤘
Must of been hard to find those old WCW Nitro scripts.....
DTMTroy 😂
Lml Bro comment of the day
It was very hard Brotherrrrrrr! Now let me tell you something!!!!!
They probably thought it was still 1996. All they were missing were Hall and Nash
No I thing not. Because WWE do now even have a lock on that lockbox.
damn man TNA had so much star power at this point but slowly they just fucked it all up
they didn't have crap. Hogan leaves and Dixie comes up with a stupid wheel to figure out matches. it was Dixie who f`ed up.
star power??? no no star jobber!!!!

TNA hires Hogan, Bischoff, and Russo. It's almost like they were trying to go out of business.
Exactly why tna has tanked because they tried to recreate everything about wcw
+Tyrell Bass hell "old yeller & lassie" would have done a better job during this time and probably would have helped tna better than "Flogan & Bitchoff"
+Tyrell Bass
Kinda hard not to recreated WCW when the vast majority of TNA's back office was former WCW.
Lightbringer Serenos r
jakethemuss3 it was Dixie's fault. She brought them all in.
Am I the only one who liked this Jeff Hardy the most?
Yes
I liked how he looked
OneManCast I liked the promos but him on drugs at that time wish he could done it with out it
11:42 is my favorite and best part when fortune side with immortal because it makes me happier to see AJ styles hugging Jeff Jarrett and abyss.
I liked it. I had never seen Hardy as a heel. It was nice to see that
14:06 flair trying to figure out how to do fortune hand gesture
AEW will never reach the heights of this TNA era
What heights? 😂
They are much bigger than TNA ever was.
AEW just sold out Wembley Stadium in London,2023 brother!
@@shubhiseyeah, right
TNA from 2003 to 2008 was better than the TNA from this video.
The entire plan -- suck the resources out of a company and try to play like its the 80s "brother". TNA began crumbling the day these jokers stepped in.
Justin Black JvstinBlack
Yeah & hopefully AEW doesn't let either of them in
@@iankinnell5643 AEW good now, both are in WWE again and AEW refuse to do business with Vince Russo so they are good lol
Justin Black they will let Jeff Hardy in, he is IMMORTAL
If you did sign Bischoff make him have an onscreen role only as a heel. He is just that slimy heel you love to hate onscreen. I remember they tried making Bischoff a face early in the TNA run and it just didn't work.
I think Kevin Nash nailed it n the head when he said, "If you want to run this company into the ground, you can do it without me". IMO that is exactly what is going to happen... TNA good while it lasted...
That 2000 era Eric Bischoff hair though....
deadwalke deadwalke
Raw is tna 2019, watch out
I miss TNA 2002-2008, those were it's Attitude Glory years
What do you say today in 2021? ^^
It’s the same 2002-2008 were tna’s attitude era
Still holds up. 03-09 forever
This heel Jeff Hardy was pretty good
Ashleybradbury yea
Definitely
Heel Hardy had so much potential but Hardy's demons deep-sixed the character. Once he showed up to the PPV high and they had to pin him in 30 seconds, that moment was the death knell for the character, which was a real shame because Hardy was an excellent villain....
Too bad Hardy was fucked up during this whole angle.....
When they were revealed never thought Jeff Hardy or Jarrett would be involved
This was my favourite angle of the "modern" era. Wish we could go back to this kind of storytelling.
JJ The Cat JJThecat
Yea 😢
10/10/10 the day the earth stood still when Jeff Hardy betrayed us all!
Look at Jeff Hardy he's high as a kite

+Ray Martin hahah nope.
+Big “D” - hahaha yup.
hey, hey... you can live for a long time on life support there bud. lol
Average Jack Media
True
Hogan’s line about Flair’s wife & Flair’s response pops me every time...lol
At least we can all agree that one of the best promos in wrestling history occurred while in this Immortal arc between Jay Lethal and Ric Flair.
Also wasn't Hogan and Flair on the same team in WCW for a bit in the Millionaire's Club?
For those that complain about Abyss and Hardy being apart of "THEY" even though they have been fighting all summer let me explain this quickly: Abyss started talking about "They" in June and he was taking out everyone, At Victory Road, Hardy realized he couldnt beat RVD so he joined Bischoff's "They" and gave the order for Abyss to take out RVD with Janice. Since that happened all Hardy and Abyss did was fight each other weakly. If u look at details, and hardy's explanation it all makes sense.
Gotta say, these 2 did a great job heeling it up...a nice call back to 1996-98 with the original NWO
This has got to be one of the most historic moments in the history of TNA impact
and this has got to be in one of Hardy's biggest promos he did in the history of his career when he became a heel for the 1st time
2nd time
Third time
4th time
WWE tried a heel Jeff Hardy for a mere 3 weeks back in late January-early February 2003.
"Yeah! Five ex-wives! Wherever they are, they can kiss my ass right now! Hahaha! WOO!"
I'm dying
Flair and Hogan in a heel alliance. Merging Fortune with Immortal is like what would've happened if WCW had aligned the Four Horsemen with the nWo.
Did they really cut a damn near 20 minute promo
Yes. This is how they STARTED the show at the time. Getting through this when it was live was like pulling teeth.
This episode didn't have any wrestling til about 45 minutes in
This was one of the best stories by Tna it was totally unexpected I loved it the hardy heel all of it
-The final Abyss "attack" on Hardy was off camera for no one to see.
-RVD comes back all fucked up and bandaged wanting Abyss and Jeff eagerly leads his best friend to him, telling the refs and security to back off.
-All of a sudden, the focus is on Angle/Anderson and Jeff becomes a non factor but he's still playing them both. Jeff instigated the fight between Anderson and Angle by getting Jesse Neal to rat Anderson out.
"We are immortal and we live forever." - The faction lasts a year...
Liam Evans 😂😂
Sadly... now we know why they wanted Dixie out. Cos Dixie herself put the company into the ground with that fake wrestling nephew of he's EC3
Liam Evans 😂😂😂
That's longer than most stables have lasted in the past 10 years.
Longer than I expected
And Impact HAS become the Company That Won't Die...
Flair-Hogan, Fortune-Immortal: the greatest wrestling alliance ever. No one expected this, as anyone expeted the nWo formation in 96. 25 years in the making!
This new alliance of "they" and fortune is absolutely unstoppable. I hope they take this great faction and use it wisely. =]
The moment right here that ruined TNA...
Damn, this is one captivating train wreck...🤔
Hulkster acting like Darth Hogan with Abyss LOL (my son, it is your destiny)
Now THIS is what Jeff needed for his career. Him being the centerpiece of this new heel mega-faction felt like a breath of fresh air for TNA.
I feel like TNA Hulk had more charisma than any other version of Hulk EVER
Much respect to Kevin Nash for the "To Write Love On Her Arms" t shirt
Abyss: *They're HEEEEEEEEEERREEEEE!!!*
And this is where TNA when down
I hate to admit it but Immortal wasn't bad at first. But adding people like Rob Terry, and Fortune leaving made the group terrible. And it went on way too long.
Still, Aces and Eights and Main Event Mafia (not the new one) are still far superior.
nick ford nickford
-Jeff wanted as much tension as possible between Angle and Anderson, making them not trust the other when it was Hardy that wasn't trustworthy.
Deception and smoke screens are the two themes Sting reiterated throughout this whole deal
so aces&eights got it plan from immortal but Hogan couldn't see the plan when Hogan did same thing
NBSERIALKILLA96 TWITCH NsBERlALkLL96TwTcH
They really thought Hogan and Bischoff and Vince Russo thing would work .
They just ruined their great show .
-Hardy had two opportunities I believe to climb up on something high and take out Abyss but was always stopped by security. When has security ever stopped Jeff from doing something like that?
-Obviously Hardy instructed Abyss to take out RVD in order to keep the title open because Hardy knows that he can't beat him- he never has.
-The Angle/Hardy matches- Bischoff is so desperate to make the match a 3 way- he wants Hardy to get the title.
-All of a sudden, RVD and Hardy are never together.
-Hardy and Anderson form a bond and Anderson is so persistent about getting Jeff to let his inner asshole out.
-RVD gets attacked by Abyss and the next week, Hardy and Abyss get into an atrocious "brawl" with Hardy fighting for his "friend".
-Every time Abyss attacked Hardy, it was either a weak one or Hardy was back the next week as if nothing happened.
Abyss/Joseph Park has underrated mic skills.Jarret had a right to be mad .Dixie shouldn't have done that.It was his company.
Reggie Holder ReggieHoler
He shouldn't talk
The strangest thing about this is....everything that Jeff Jarrett said about Dixie Carter...is true !! The first oppertunity she got - Dixie Carter used her daddies money to take total control of TNA and forced the great minds that helped TNA gain success out of positions of power or out of the company - minds like Jim Cornette and Jeff Jarrett. For TNA to grow and to succeed - Dixie needs to keep to finance and stay out of creative - and take Russo with her !!
Before Seth Rollins there was Emo Jeff Hardy 15:20
Little did we know Hogan and Bischoff were right... Dixie single handedly destroyed TNA. Bully Ray was too late to put her thru a table. Should have been this very night.
240p quality in 2010? Then again its TNA..
It's disgusting on how long this promo went for.. seriously a 20 min promo segment that ultimately lead to nothing important for the show or the product moving forward.
I enjoyed seeing this last night on TNA. Hogan and Bischoff are so damn good together just like in the WCW/nWo days.
Immortal = Aces & Eights
I don't ever wanna see Flair bow to hogan in my life again.
Wasn't it Dixie who ultimately chose to keep Russo?
Fortune and Immortal was a good storyline. I miss it so much.
Ummm what’s wrong with Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan being in TNA?
WOW I Never Saw This Coming, Hogans Living Out Of The Old Days, Your Lieing !!!!

Start of Golden Era of TNA.
No it's not
It's so pathetic to hear Hogan refer to himself as Hollywood Hogan again.
Lol. You must be a Hulkimaniac. Me? Well...I don't know. I kinda hated the Hollywood character too. It also bores me to hear him talking about slamming Andre The Giant, God Bless him.
Miss Jennifer Banks
Nah, I liked Hollywood Hogan, it's just that after all those years to hear him calling himself like this again at his age looks dumb.
KalvinEllis Him playing the crutches like a guitar the way he did the WCW Title just cements that.
KalvinEllis hogans whole run in TNA was pathetic

I know legally you can't do this but it would be hilarious to read that Hardy was sentenced to 6 months to a year in jail because of those drug charges but before ruling the judge said, "because you screwed over Angle at Bound For Glory and turning your back on all the people who cheered for you over the years I sentence you to....". That would be a jawdropper. Even as an April Fools joke!
My Favorite Heel Stable!!!
Where can you watch the rest of this show.
A year later, Bobby Roode would win The TNA World Heavyweight Championship
I don't care what anyone says . . . Hogan, Bischoff, Flair, and Russo KILLED WCW . . . They thought they had a sure thing with TNA and failed . . . Immortal was another nWo 2.0 and that group was SORRY
If only ROH would get a real TV network deal instead of the limited HDNet. Then we wouldn't have to put up with this excuse for an alternate to WWE.

Ok, Double J talking about Dixie using "daddy's money" like he's one to talk. Hell, Jarrett wouldn't be anyone in the business if not for his promoter daddy

@elbowfromladder your explanation of Hardy being with "they" is fantastic. i also wrote something explaining how Abyss and Hardy were in cahoots for months only it started after Victory Road though cuz before that Abyss threw Hardy off the stage. Let me know what u think of my explanation if u want to
xD @ THIS whole segment.
Aj looked bored when hardy came out.
SMFH.
Hogan when he first arrived in TNA: This is gonna be done the right way brother. No take overs.. no nWo reunions..
Then he spends 20 minute promos talking about how he just took over BROTHER.

This was a re-run of the beginning of the nwo storyline and the finger poke of doom incident
Chanting "Hardy" while he's cutting a promo about hating the fans and RVD... wow, Jeff Hardy can never be a heel or even in the slightest booed.
The recipe for disaster.
metamofia metamofia
They should do a main event mafia vs hogan and his boys
13:10 hogan this was full of cringe
My god this was awful... thank goodness TNA is finally starting to improve its television and we're seeing less and less of the 50-60 year olds as the months pass
youre gay...
It’s like they were trying to recreate the finger poke of doom
Alternative video title:

HARDY RULES THE WORLD!!!!
HELL YEAH!!!
I found that predictable, but entertaining...having not seen any of the build it was good to have this summary package - not sure if Hardy should be the top guy - AJ or Kaz would get my vote. I am interested to see what comes next
One thing that would save it from disaster is if the attitude era had never happened and tna had wwe's roster from 1997-2000 as they were. So if the attitude era had never happened maybe WCW would never have gone out of business and then TNA would never have been born. So we really have Mr McMahon to thank for the birth of TNA. Going back to old ideas and old eras is not todays solution. The next successful era in wrestling should really be 'The TNA era" but so far it hasn't really caught on.
So when does the fighting start?
Hahahhahaa only hogan could be on his phone while doing a pro,o 😂😂😂😂😂
The golden age of TNA, miss these days
Tna 2002-2009 was my favourite era, but this one is 👎👎👎👎
This and Aces & Eights were the best storylines
Um no it was just TNA doing WCW NWO all over again.
@@evacody1249 NO! you dont know what youre talking about
This is actually a really entertaining segment if you're high and drunk.
@14zup Yup Jeff was WCW champion - and he made a good TNA champion when he was first called "The King Of The Mountain" - people hated him for a reason and that reason is he was a damn good heel who could work and get heat - and when it came for the good guy to beat him up he could sell like crazy - and still can. Last time I checked also - Dixie was in TNA from year 1 but had no creative control - she was just a majority buisness partner (her dad owns like 71% of TNA I think)
Trying To Recreate 1997
Do u believe the Gospel?
damn i miss the old days of wrestling
This two killed WCW and they killed TNA
Russo killed WCW
They do have a lot of old guys here but look at the young talent in that ring. TNA had so much potential
Talk about an army! A whole stable, a Hardcore badass, and a Champion on their side, this is gonna be a long storyline.
