Good information Dave. Oil coming from your exhaust is typical of all two stroke sleds, some more than others. Individuals new to two strokes may not realize that oil gets mixed with the fuel to lubricate the engine, and as a result the exhaust has burnt oil residue that can accumulate and drip, no problem. Thanks Dave.
I like stock as much as possible, This seat is perfect, It was one of the first things I replaced. The one exception is the windshield, which I think looks much better than stock.
My old 2008 F1000 leaked a ton of oil during the summer out of the exhaust. It's a common problem with check valves. We named it the Exxon Valdez so I know the pain. PIG mat in our trailer was the only thing we could figure to do. Sure was a great sled
Hi Tim, that is a good point. This video is more about when it comes from the exhaust, but that is a great point, it can drip from the belly pan in the same area. Thanks for watching and sharing.

Yes for sure. Most people new to sleds are more familiar with oil leaks on a car or lawn mower, and think theres a problem…
Glad to see new videos on the way. I enjoy watching them and always learn something new.
When I’m doing the research, I usually pick up a thing or two as well.
Thanks for the great info David! Nice to see you back!
Nice to be back. Thanks for waiting for me!

Exxon Valez LOL….thanks for watching and sharing that!
Thanks for the info. A lot of good points regarding oil in exhaust. Any snow there to ride? Thx
Yes we are starting to get winter now. I’ve had both sleds out. Fuel issue with the rev to fix :(
I'd say it's normal for a bit of oil to come out the exhaust.
I would agree. Thanks for watching.
Can be coming from the chaincase
