i have to apply in JG/U for master program but finding difficulties the deadline for program is 15 November i have read on university website i can apply after getting recognition letter of foreign certificates so its takes 6 weeks. the question is may i apply after that because recognition certificate takes time i am confused? please answer

I want to study for a double bachelor degree I want to study political science and music but can I study both as a double major? and I'm a guitar player I saw your jazz and pop bachelor but it mentioned all of the instruments except guitar so it means that it doesn't offer this major for guitar players? thank you
