Morning Joe. Happy Sunday. Like the front elevation. Deep view on entry. Toilet tucked privately in the back in that 1st bathroom. Spacious front bedroom. Great open concept. Large area for dining. An abundance of kitchen cabinets but would change the color. Prefer gas community. Ok size pantry. Backyard is amazing. Covered lanai/outdoor kitchen/large pool/jacuzzi/lots of lounging area and grassy/turf area. Prefer wood stairs. No vacuuming. Better yet; a 1-story😂. Ok upstairs now. 1st room a bedroom re:closet. Big bathroom. Massive laundry room with cabinetry/sink/counter. Large primary. Love that there are 2 closets. One in the bedroom and one in the en-suite. Was it 3 bedrooms to one bath. Gonna have to watch again. Beautiful home though. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

The color of the kitchen cabinets kind of make it look like an older home but it’s actually new construction. It took me a couple of minutes to figure it out
