Really cool! One tip is to press the "brick" key (below back key) on the oxi when you are in a multitrack mode sequencer and do the mutes from there. the last two rows are a solo and mute row and really powerful. this also for me is less awkward than pressing mute and rows.
@slavasoloma happy to help a fellow sequencer! I know, it's so powerful. But I prefer the ease of use of the elektron sequencers but prefer the multitracking on oxi. Another tip on the same screen as I describe in my first comment, is that the third row from the right is a ratchet mode, where you can choose for instance 16th notes and then the colored areas on the right are velocity mapped pads for whatever sounds you have mapped there. Pretty cool for quick fills. Take care!
@@higherself7129 I love the elektron sequencers too but it gets quite messy if you want to sequence more than one lane of drums at the time. I got the Oxi primarily for other gear but I really like the swing on the oxi and the random generator to make Subs and trippy sequences with the press of a button. Combining both I can have the fast programming workflow of the Oxi and the parameter locks of the Elektron sequencer.
Deep and hypnotic. Sounds like great techno to me Slava. Not a criticism, as you are just jamming so anything goes, but I am concerned that the Meta FX is going to lead to too many master FX drops. Don't get me wrong, I love my builds as much as the next guy, but I want to remember to make it serve the music, not drive it. I don't have one yet to see how flexible it is, but it has been holding back my interest in buying the module. It is so small and so easy though, it may be hard to resist. Thanks for showing off some of its potential. The Oxi One, now that is a no brainer. And still I don't have one. So many sequencers...
Hey Thanks 🙏! I think it’s a thin line of too much master fx and the right amount. Playing in front of people in clubs or at events thaught me that you can’t replicate a good arrangement in the studio and everything is about the moment. When it’s a classic techno crowd you just need some subtle FX and meta can really sound kind oft subtle. Few week ago we played at an event where most of the crowd weren’t techno people and there I needed more of those hands up moments and the Meta FX really delivered. About the Oxi One. It’s a beast for composing. In the end I just record the MIDI from it right into the DT2 and save those patterns for later at the moment but as I get more confident I will take it with me to our live shows.
It’s a common issue with all the white Elektron Displays. There was a bad batch so they replace if you get issues with it. As it occurs after an unknown time it got thru QC.
@@slavasoloma Ok, you would think issues like that was sorted by now, given the display issues with mk 1 units, pad issues with AR mk 1 & 2 and so on... But the Elektron support has been top notch whenever I've had to contact them.
Это очень красиво 💖
Спасибо большое ☺️
good shit
Thx 🙏

hey and thanks for the tip (didn't knew that). i am still new to the oxi. It's much more powerful than all the other sequencers I had before.

Display issues on such a new device!? 😯

@ they repaired the DT2 in a week and they paid the express delivery from Germany to Sweden and back. That is a really good customer service
Хорош

Monoton und langweilig 😂
Warum muss dieser Kommentar von einer deutschsprachigen Person kommen ? 😁
