Taiwanese drag queen Nymphia Wind celebrated her RuPaul’s Drag Race season 16 win with an electrifying performance at Taiwan’s presidential office on Wednesday. Performing before President Tsai Ing-wen and distinguished guests, Nymphia's act highlighted Taiwan’s commitment to LGBTQ+ rights. Under Tsai’s leadership, Taiwan became Asia’s first country to legalize marriage equality in 2019.
