One thing I’m going to say that really pisses me off to no end. I have Mac. and you can not reset with Mac. To make it worse I called Epson directly and basically they said pound sand, we will send to a list of authorized repair companies and guess what? There is not one in Arizona! Now will I buy another Epson product? Heck no! But I might get a stinking Widows computer of which I will use for situations such as this! Epson sucks wind! BTW, No you do not always get a warning, mine stopped in the middle of an important print job!
How in tf did you get them white again. Mine are straight black and arent doing anything. When I squeeze them nothing else comes out, but clear water. But, they are still straight black except for each side.
I only used running water since my printer's ink is water-based. Maybe you should check if your printer's ink is water or oil-based. If it's oil-based then maybe you need something other than water to clean those waste ink pads.
