It's so crazy how Tacko Fall and Zion were so impactful to their teams yet one isn't nearly as much of a star. I hope Zion can make it to Tacko's level at some point.

March 12th, 2022. This was the first basketball game I have seen in more than 5 years. Absolutely glorious.
Watching this game, it was sort of similar to Louisville/UC-Irvine in 2015 which a player taller than 7 feet was an intimidator in the paint and the fact it came down to one possession.
I miss this duke team

Purdue-Virginia was a classic because Carsen Edwards single handedly kept Purdue within striking distance! Without his 40 along with his ridiculous threes, that game wouldn't have even sniffed OT
Duke got so lucky in the end.
Did not even mention Johnny Dawkins son Aubrey n the beginning, huge error in broadcasting, it was a great backstory to set up the game ; )

Hyp3_Cloudz yea it was. Even still refs missed an even more blatant foul call early on Tacko for his 5th. The way game is sometimes. Game was great. Sad someone had to lose.

Not a flop. Zion clearly puts his shoulder down when he goes into the player.
@WW1 German C.S.A. Riflemen Watch it again. Williamson's shoulder goes into the chest of the defender, despite Williamson being the taller of the two. Doesn't matter if the defender's feet are moving - he is still entitled to his space. Williamson initiated the contact - it was a charge.

He barely touches the first defender, who's trying to sell the contact. Tacko is in the no charge zone and makes the mistake of lowering his arms while they make contact. No foul by Zion whatsoever, just a strong move to the basket.
