First can I say I love how meaningful your content is. In world of a lot of ''influencers'' you stand out so much to me as someone who isn't self centered like a lot of other people with an online presence. 3 things that help me are connecting with my spiritually daily- praying and studying. eating healthy! prioritizing sleep over working out or being productive in other ways.
I prioritize God and family. My husband died seven years ago and my life has taken a very different path. We were married for 31 years. I still prioritize our sons and their families now. As always God comes first. I try to leave my phone alone by 6pm. I try to be present with my grandson's, attend ALL their many sporting events. I have gotten rid of some toxic people that brought nothing but stress and anxiety to my life. I feel so much more at peace with my life. I have followed you and your beautiful family since Tommy was a little baby and enjoy each and every vlog. You have a beautiful family and are so blessed. Thank you for sharing you and your incredible family with us. ❤
1. Prioritizing my husband even though my kids need mom the most has been a game changer this year 2. Movement everyday even if it’s just a walk! 3. And one on one time with my kids. There are so many other things but just want to say you are so inspiring! 🫶🏼 love watching your family live life to its fullest!
Your videos make me feel so calm and loved. Thank you so much always Kenna! 1. Yoga 2. Meditation before bed 3. Planning trips to visit friends I don’t see often
Absolutely love this video & you!! Truly have felt like a big sister to me the last few years - so grateful that you sacrifice so much of yourself & family to the world so we can learn from you & enjoy life from afar with you! 1. Prioritizing movement - walks, gym, whatever!! Just have to move my body! 2. Listening to music that is uplifting & helps me feel calm. This has been such a game changer! Constantly filling my head with positive music has made my life so much better. 3. Loving myself & knowing who I am so that I can do the same for others - doing a lot of self work like journaling, meditating, & mindfulness.
i loooved this video and just love your corner of the internet:) hmmm okay my top 3 are: 1. talking to god in the mornings:) just helps me center my day around what is most important 2. prioritizing sleep! I've never really been good at this but my fiance is so good about it and it has really changed my life 3. only buying/wearing things that are comfortable and feel like me - I just feel better when I'm comfy and not trying to be someone else
You talking about journaling made me emotional. That's definitely something I want to be better about. Thinking of my daughter and future kids reading something I wrote about when they were young is so so special because these days are so fleeting. 3 things I have done are 1) Leaving my phone somewhere up high with the volume on. I only allow myself to go on it for the first half of the day when someone NEEDS me. 2) Leaving the house once a day. It's hard in the winter and when you have a baby but even going to take out the garbage helps me stay out of my own head. 3) I stopped wearing makeup. There was a time back in high school where I wouldn't leave the house without makeup. I found that I was focusing too much on myself. And waking up every morning and not putting makeup on, took away that time where I would stare in the mirror and critique what I saw.
This is so inspiring! The past year has been a whirlwind where routine has been hard due to being a first time mom but getting outside, keeping a clean home, and prioritizing getting minerals in my body have been 3 things I have been able to consistently do!
3 habits that made my life better 1. Pray. Pray for everything, to not listen to other people’s opinions but just to pray because prayers work. As well as praying for other people, makes me feel wholesome. Even praying for the people who hurt me, eventhough i’m hurt and sad, instead of being angry, i pray for them. 2. Having quality time with loved ones and yourself. Cliche, i know but the statement is so true. I feel like life has treated me nicer and things are just better when i actually put in time for the people i love, even if its just a 10 minute chat with my mum. I’ve been doing this even more since quarantine during the pandemic, and i love it. 3. Move. As long as im moving, i know im okay and healthy. It could be a hiit workout, either a walk, or walking up the stairs, dancing, anything as long as im moving and happy❤ Love you and your family Kenna, your channel is my comfort channel!
I always instantly click on your videos whenever there is a new one hahaha! 1) water!! I drink about a gallon a day 2) protein!! I try and eat a lot of protein during the day 3) devotion!! I love my alone time with God and reading His word
1. gratitude & journaling 2. texting people i love and catching up 3. going outside and getting some fresh air and touching grass : grounding 4. meditation!!! 5. healthy foods throughout the day that nourish me and make me feel good
1. Being choosy about who I follow on social media, your mellowness sets my bar right and gives me great vibes. 2. Smile at strangers 3. Walking, running, being present outside. Thanks for this, perfect way to start a Monday morning 😊
1. Journalling and scripture study has been a game changer for my mental health. I’ve enjoyed the solitude I get from this. 2. Movement! I loved you mentioned finding different ways to move your body. I’ve started running and it’s been so therapeutic. 3. Reading has been amazing. It’s helped me stay off social media and I’ve noticed my vocabulary has grown, so that’s a plus! lol
Love this so much, Kenna! For me, 3 things are: 1. Cycle syncing my workouts 2. Prioritizing the emotional connection in my closest relationships 3. Phone on airplane mode every night-morning and I turn it on after I’ve done my morning routine!
omg this might have been one of my favorite vlog!! I think one of the things that have changed my life is when I wake up I do a daily devotion along with a podcast that explains what it means. I think it’s so important to wake up and read Gods word and I think it makes me more positive throughout the day!! thank you for this vlog ❤❤ i get so excited every sunday hoping you guys post
1. prioritising balance in my life - working 4 days a week instead of 5 + working out 3 days instead of 7 2. writing down 3 things that made me smile every day, it's like practising gratitude without every day being the same three things i'm grateful for (like everyday putting my friends, family, house etc.) 3. journalling - being able to reflect on my day or month, and then being able to look at my journal from months ago reminds me of how much i am growing & learning & doing thank you for this video kenna!
Love your videos! 3 things that make my life better! 1. Prioritizing waking up early enough to have time to do my devotions before going to work 2. Getting outside 3. Planning time to hangout with friends even when life is busy
loved this video so much!! so raw and real and sometimes I feel like there is a disconnect between influencers and the rest of society but you do such an amazing job of being both! 1. prioritizing movement - I am working 55 hours a week right now and so if I don't move my body in some way my mind is such a cluster f***. 2. getting protein in and fueling my body everyday to make sure I am eating whole and yummy foods 3. quality time with myself to check in and see how I am doing and what I'm feeling, its tough out here being single and dating!!!
You’re so amazing!! Thank you for inspiring me! My three things are 1. Getting rid of my smartphone and buying the light phone (best decision I’ve ever made- helps me focus on the important things in life. 2. Working out consistently, and doing consistent workouts. 3. Flossing! Seems silly but it’s like making the bed every day- it’s a small task but it changes the whole day.
Exercising or just trying to move my body each day, getting outside at least 30 mins each day for fresh air, prioritizing quality time with my fiancé and family. Also, following people like you! Influencers who are down to earth, relatable, and who I feel are honestly good people! Thank you for sharing your life with us and all your journeys ❤
1. Morning sunlight☀️ This has really changed my life! (Hand in hand with no phone in the morning) Open the curtains, open the blinds and getting sun on my face🥰 2. Daily walks with my daughter and intentionally slowing down my pace. I stare at the trees, stop and talk to her in the stroller, and just take my time. Every time my mind wanders to whatever we’re going to do next I just bring it back to the walk! 3. Not having the tv on throughout the day and embracing the silence. (I still utilize it when I want/need to) but I’m trying to embrace the silence and hearing my daughter clang her toys together and my dog snoring is my favourite thing! Continuously learning to be more comfortable in the quiet moments😊🤍 This was a really beautiful vlog! It’s given me some incredible ideas to reflect on and incorporate, especially the 1:1 time with my husband♥️
3 things that have really helped me is getting outside and letting the sun hit my skin even if it’s cold, staying hydrated, and not caring so much about what other ppl think about me! :) love your content sm btw!
1. Taking care of myself through fitness/movement and investing in supplements for my health. You truly cannot pour from an empty cup. 2. I remind myself everyday how much I have in life to be grateful for and I try daily to speak that gratitude out loud, especially to God. 3. My husband is affected by everything I do. So much of my focus, especially in the last few months, is to show him how amazing I think he is and to remember how I can shape his days. 💙 Thanks for sharing Kenna
Loved this video so much!!!! The top 3 things have changed my life are: 1. Daily meditation. This has transformed my life in every way. just 10 minutes a day can do wonders 2. Starting my day off with a protein packed healthy breakfast 3. Decluttering & organizing every space in my house. Clean house=clean mind LOVE YOU KENNA!!!!!!
I loved this vlog so much! You and your family have always inspired me! 1. Getting at least 30 minutes of exercise every day 2. Not going on my phone first thing in the morning (I love how you brought this up too!) 3. Meditating! I love giving myself time to think and process without any distractions
Love your habits and hope to implement a few into my daily life - especially the stretching and less phone time. Here are three habits of mine that have changed my life: 1. Drinking a gallon of water a day - it has helped my sleep, my skin and my energy. 2. Meal prepping and packing food to-go - this has simplified my weeks, I spend less time cooking and more time doing other things I love. It has also saved me money! 3. Streamlining my skincare routine and staying consistent. I am regimented with the clean products I put on my skin and I don’t overcomplicate or change it. My skin has never been better!
i feel like the things you talk about and prioritize are so important to be shared ! and they add such a necessary perspective and voice that’s needed not just on the internet but in life! thank you for sharing!
You have seriously changed my life with how you choose to live your life and incorporate healthy habits in a fun way. You are truly such an inspiration and truly hope you never stop sharing the vlog moments with your followers!!❤ 1. Waking up and chugging water 2. 1 hr spent walking and being outside daily (game changer) 3. Learning to be there for others. - it is so easy to get caught up in our own worlds so I have learned to send quick check in texts and calls to my family and friends to see how they are doing, dropping things off for them, inviting them on walks, etc. Just knowing you have a special bond and relationships with the people around you that you have control over is such a warm feeling and being present for them is so important!!❤️❤️❤️
1- getting outside everyday has been so helpful. My husband and I just made a big move and we’re still transitioning. Getting outside has helped calm my nerves, and appreciate creation. 2. Drinking as much water as I can. Water is super important for our bodies. We need water to help restore, maintain, and sustain our bodies. 3. No phone time / off my phone as much as possible. I have realized since the creation of social media, my ability to connect and be joyful has changed. Putting limits on phone interactions/ SM interactions has been so helpful.
1. Prioritizing myself and my needs. I feel like it is good to have actions towards other people but it is also just as important to not push yourself and your feelings aside amidst a busy life. 2. Listening to my body. If I’m tired, I’m tired. I don’t want to feel bad if I am not able to get into the gym or get a workout class in for the day. I’ve beginning to recognize that any movement is better than none and sometimes our bodies just want a 30 min walk over an hour weightlifting session and that is ok. 3. Focusing on communication. Communication with others, family, friends, significant other. I want to learn to listen more and be able to effectively communicate to express my acknowledgement for their wants and needs as well as be able to properly express myself as well.
Love this so much! Here are the three things that have changed my life in the last year! 1. Reading for 20 minutes a day. I was able to read 21 books last year and I learned so much! It also gives me time to forget about my personal stressors and put things in perspective when I read about the lives of other people. 2. Service once a week with my husband. We have been making an effort to reach out to more people in our community and do kind things for them. We feel so good when we do it and have made so many new friends because of it! Tonight we are visiting his grandma and bringing her a Valentine. 3. This one is silly, but buying the right products for my hair! I used to just buy random products that totally weren't right for my curly hair, but I finally decided to make an investment and work on my hair health. I feel so much more confident and I totally embrace my curls now!
I’ve been trying to be more intentional about daily habits! Waking up before the baby to empty the dishwasher, eat breakfast, & kinda get ready for the day has been a game changer so that I’m able to really just play with him in the morning! We have also been trying to spend minimum 30 minutes outside together a day, usually more when it’s sunny! Love the vit d!!!!
You are the sweetest Kenna and it shines through your videos. These were all really good reminders for me since I just had my second child 6 weeks ago and it’s been a huge adjustment for me. My top 3 things that always make me feel physically and mentally better are Getting outside no matter the weather (this is SO important), eating healthy and making healthy meals for my family and reading everyday! This video is very motivating for me since I’ve been struggling to find balance in my life and trying to find the energy to be active in the dead of winter. Thank you for all your tips!!
I love this video so much! Thank you for sharing, you’re truly inspiring to me!🫶 1. Prioritizing one on one time with my husband!!! Work and our baby take up most of our time, but making the most of our time together has truly made our relationship better than it’s ever been! 2. Scripture study, prayer, and journaling first thing in the morning! I find I am so much more productive when I prioritize these habits and the rest of my day goes SO much better! *BONUS: something I want to implement: in my prayers each morning, asking to be guided to someone who needs my help today and reaching out to that person! Even if it is just a simple text or taking them food, I want to be more consistent at serving others!❤ 3. Moving my body EVERY day, either going on a walk, weightlifting, or cardio. I feel so much better when I move my body, especially postpartum!
1. journaling everyday!! i love what you said about your kids having a part of you the world doesnt🥹 2. eating meals! as a college student and working i am running all over and notice a HUGE difference when i sit down and eat a meal rather than snacking all day 3. taking time for me. again w a busy life, its hard to focus on yourself sometimes. so whether its working out or seeing a friend or laying in bed reading a book!
Three habits that have changed my life this year! 1. appreciating friends for their differences p 2. enjoying a slow pace, you learn more about yourself when youre not rushing all the time to the next thing 3. calling vs texting friends & family
legit inspired, makes me want to add all of these things to my list! the things that I've focused on in the past year that have changed my life are 1. meditating with the headspace app 10/10 recommend! 2. Mindfulness therapy, also cannot recommend enough! and prioritizing walking with my dog, good for my body and for our bonding, he gets so happy when I pick up the leash it makes my day.
loved this vlog! for me this last 6 months I started drinking beef bone broth on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, stretching, reading, and journaling in the morning. I've noticed the biggest change in my mood, overall health, etc. and I'll never go back.
1. Working out first thing in the morning! It’s a great way to start the day and having it done super early frees up my afternoons & I feel less stressed about fitting it into my schedule. 2. Cooking my meals with Whole Foods & drinking about a gallon of water a day! My tummy, hair, and skin thank me sooo much 3. Trying to really listen to someone when they’re having a good/bad time. It can be easy to victimize and feel sorry for yourself and compare your situation to others. So, I’m actively trying to put myself aside and center the person who just needs someone to talk to. I love your videos 🥰💞
1. Waking up earlier in the day. I feel like I get so much more done when I do this!! 2. Writing in my journal and studying my scriptures by candle light lol. It is oddly specific but I LOVE the vibe that it gives. 3. Learning the workouts my body loves and doing them everyday.
Your videos bring me so much joy 💗 top 3 things that have changed my life : 1. Being present and enjoying life in the moment 2. Cutting out alcohol (changed my life) 3. Intuitively eating but consciously looking at ingredients/ what’s in the food
You have the most kind heart wow ! I love you and can not wait to see you next adventures this year. (I am extremely excited for you to come to Australia hehe). Personally I get overwhelmed trying new healthy habits all at once and trying to drink water, wake up early, exercised, greens, vitamins and so on…. Make me get somewhat stressed and sad when I don’t hit all the goals I am planning so this year I have taken a step back and focused more on putting my phone down and watching the sunset/ sunrise and charging my phone in the lounge room and not my bedroom. Just by removing my phone from my side has then made me focus more on my self heath and the heath of my people around me, focusing on my partner and family and encouraging them to join me for a sunset walk or just have a coffee or tea in the sunshine. Anyway I ranted HAHAAH love you and enjoy the travels! Stay safe
I want more people in my life like you, your kindness and love radiate right through the screen!! such an inspiring human. movement, minimal amounts of processed sugar and hugging people are filling my cup atm
So good! 1. Find gratitude: memories made and life and opportunities yet to come. Pray. 2. Workout 3. Cold/hot plunge 4. Harvest the meat we eat 5. Homemade meals at home 6. Adventures outside both solo and with the fam
Thank you for this! I have been so hard on myself during pregnancy of not keeping to goals. But this video made me see that I am going good things, and I need to not be so hard on myself! Supplements to fuel my body, taking care of myself and being patient with myself, daily movement, daily prayer, and taking time to really listen and talk to my partner each day.❤
You are so motivating Kenna! I’m a 28 year old mom of 4 and your videos have motivated me to be the best version of myself for my family❤️ my top 3 priorities right now are: ag1 & movement every day, prioritizing my husband in our busy stage of life and being present in the lives of the people we love. (Our 5 year old niece is battling cancer and being there for them has been a priority in our life right now.) I’m loving the idea of journaling so that’s something I’m going to start practicing.
LOVE you Kenna!!! You motivate me as an individual and a mom- keep being you I try stay on track with my outdoor runs year-round, reading, and 80/20 'diet'
1. slowed breathing practice! I do 5:5 breathing for a few mins every morning and night to regulate the ol’ nervous system 2. tidying my space daily bc clear space = clear mind! so satisfying also and makes me feel productive 3. planning a lil something to look forward to every week! movie, dinner w friends, date, spa night, yoga class, etc.
This video is exactly the vibe in 2024! 2023 I really had to go inward and focus on taking care of myself but this year one of my number one goals is to do at least 1 act of service a week. I’m a student midwife so this often looks like a postpartum meal or running to the store for a family. 2. Daily movement has 1000% changed my life, mentally physically, emotionally, and I’ve also found recently that I like mixing it up with different kinds of movement. I’ve been loving hoping in a cold shower after hot yoga :) 3. Getting outside with my daughter everyday, no matter the weather, it helps both of us so much and that girl loves the rain!
I. Love. This. !! my three things have been 1. reading the Bible everyday 2. long walk outside everyday !! 3. being engaged with my baby & not worrying about what “needs” to get done
i value this vlog so much. thank you for sharing! i would say a few things that have been huge in making my life better would be 1. going outside and soaking in the sun. whether it’s up in the mountains on a hike or swimming or just a walk. being in nature is so important and makes me so happy. 2. spending time with my loved ones, friends and family. being around those you love most & who support you. huge win. 3. journaling. i used to journal all the time. i have filled up so many journals. i have gotten back into it again more recently and i know how beneficial it is for myself. ❤️
1. Drinking tons of water! Makes my body feel a million times better. 2. Spending quality time with my husband as well as my daughter, makes my relationship with them so much better and helps me understand their personalities and their needs. 3. Gratitude journal! Writing at least 3 things I’m grateful for every day, game changer! Helps me to be more positive in my daily routine:)
Loved this video so much! Am i dramatic to say some of it made me emotional🥹 i never listen to youtube vlogs but this really sounded like something i needed to hear when you posted and im so happy i listened. For me its getting off my phone when im around my toddler and being in the moment! Also listening to meditation music in the car on the way to work to clear my mind. And last being in the sun as much as i can makes me feel so much better!
This was so inspiring 🥰 1. Drinking hot lemon ginger daily 2. Trying to get outside and move my body daily 3. Cooking dinners most nights instead of eating out/ ordering
1) going to the gym every morning boosts my mood so much! 2) eating a healthy breakfast that I look forward to. I know 99% of the time I will have at least one healthy meal a day. 3) talking to my baby nieces on FaceTime 1-3 times a week. Makes long distance aunt-ing a lot easier ❤
1. Moving my body everyday! Weights, a walk, Pilates or yoga! 2. Getting enough sleep every night! 3. Prayer and manifestation. Being in touch with god’s will and my desires and goals makes such a difference.
i want to be kenna when i grow up!! three things that have changed my life are 1. reading before bed! my sleep is so much better compared to when i scroll on my phone! 2. getting my day started early! i love jumpstarting my day before the sun and having quiet time! 3. prioritizing gratitude! my whole perspective on life has changed by being more grateful each day!
1. Prioritizing myself on the weekends when I am not running around working, errands, etc. 2. Getting one walk outside if I can every day since I work indoors 3. Working out every day to relieve stress and built up tension from the day 🩷
I loved this so much seriously! It inspired me so much to change some habits in my life and adjust my priorities. You are a wonderful human & a mother I look up to. Thank you for being you! I love to stay off my phone in the morning too. & try to start off slow to try and not bring anxiety into my day.
Tommy saying "one sec vlog" was sooo cute 😂 also still waiting for her story! 1. Getting movement in every day, even if it's just a short walk or stretching. 2. Drinking lots of water - I've been slacking on this one lately, I was really sick during my pregnancy so I wasn't able to keep my water down and it kind of broke that habit...will start working on this again. 3. Skincare! Korean skincare routines have so many steps but I notice a huge difference in my skin and my mental health when I actually take the time to do all of them consistently.
love ur content always besties! top 3 things for me are tracking my water intake, checking in and making sure my husband feels appreciated, and at least 10k steps a day everyday!🫶
I am thinking about starting to track macros and want to know how you liked it and if you think it is pretty manageable. Also, my top three things that have changed my life are, reading the bible every morning, having a consistent sleep schedule, and taking advantage of the time with my family.
Love your videos!! i want to try all of your morning supplements. my three things 1. move my body (walk, work out, whatever that may be) 2. serve it’s so important to me to help those around me in any way i can. 3. morning routine (always start the day by making my bed, taking my supplements, gets my day going and helps me be motivated everyday.) thanks for sharing your top 10 you’re amazing!
I loved this video! I have been struggling to do things for myself. I am always caring for others before me which is a good thing but I have neglected myself. I’ve been trying to do some things that I have found help me. 1. Try new things. I have bad anxiety and I’ve been trying to push myself to find new hobbies and try new things. 2. I write down something I was grateful for each day that is specific to my day. 3. I have completely stopped going on my phone. I go on it at night before bed and look at a few peoples stories and videos but other than that I have stopped snapping people and doing brainless things and trying to just be present in life ◡̈
1. Keeping up with my Good Reads goal 2. Making at least one better for me purchase at the grocery store (or more if I can afford it), like raw milk instead of pasteurized 3. Consistent therapy to stay on top of my emotional health ♥️
I love listening to your 10 things🩷 you really are such an inspiration and incredible mom and wife! Watching your lifestyle and everyday life makes me want to be better and work harder! 3 things that have made my life better would definitely be having a set date night with my boyfriend every weekend with no phones just us. Another thing is not making myself feel bad if I don’t have the energy in for a full workout and that a walk is enough. 3rd is drinking lots of water. It’s helped my skin and my overall mental health 🩷
Love this! Saying “no” without an excuse if I can’t attend something because I need time for myself! Starting therapy and going even when I think I don’t need it! Collagen peptides every morning! ❤❤
I priorities reading I love to read because I never did as a child I couldn’t I struggled really hard with it and now every time I do it it feels like a testament to myself and makes me feel incredible even if it’s just reading to my children I have deleted Facebook and Instagram and chosen to give that time to my children or my home or myself in other ways Choosing water over caffeine changed my life as a mum !
1. Prioritizing REST and not killing myself in the gym 2. Not listening to guilt for putting myself first every once in a while 3. Telling my husband often how much I appreciate him 4. Quality time with my kids. No distractions 5. Spending time with my mom and sister before they move out of state (😢) 6. Answering the phone when friends call instead of avoiding conversation 7. Eating intuitively and not restricting (still working on that one) 8. SETTING AND KEEPING BOUNDARIES 9. Stretching after my workouts 10. Nice, long walks with the pup
Mine is: 1) 💪🏻Workout, been adding it 3 years ago to my daily routine and workout always makes me feel good (and my period's cramps are less painful every month! 😅) 2) 📖 Reading, finding out it's always amazing to know and thinking about something else instead of my current life. 3) 🤳🏻Minimize the social media time, I feel better when I'm not knowing what others'lives are like in real time. Just use it for the important things and leave the rest. 🪄 I love when you mention "doing things for other people", it suddenly reminds me of the word "doing things for yourself" that I live with. I think that's right. We need to do things for other people in our lives because we need it for ourselves. This makes sense to me and I definitely will live with it!
That made me tear up: to be kind towards others. And i feel so selfish postpartum, with less energy to prioritize others, and it just makes me sad. Being kind to others is truly what matters
I look forward to these videos so much. Love following your journey and you guys are so inspiring! 🫶🏻 My three things that I have focused more on this year that have made me life better are 1. Speaking more kindly to myself and about myself in front of my children. I have two girls as well and I don’t ever want them to hear me talking down on myself or any negativity like that. I know they will be learning from me and I’m so impressionable on them right now. 2. Prioritizing reading over social media. It’s been incredible. 3. Adding greens into my morning routine. It’s now my favorite part of the morning and gives me so much energy and has been amazing for my gut health!
Loved this video! Your so inspiring! 1. Journaling! I need to go get myself a cute journal and just start. 2.Reading- so hard for me cause I can’t find good books so give me some recs if you have!!❤️❤️ 3. Getting out on a walk everyday-even if it’s just 10 minutes.
Hi It’s Joslyn, the one who said hi at pipeline to you and Brooklyn😆 1. Taking time for myself without mom guilt 2. Prioritizing friendships and relationships 3. Not stressing over things I can’t control
Recently, things that have made my life better. 1. Realizing that everyone has their own story and not making someone else’s story about mine. 2. Meal prep before going to the grocery store. 3. Mixing all of my supplements into my water instead of pills 🙌
i genuinely get so excited for new videos of your guys. 1. i think the thing that has changed my life the most has been to find the god in every situation. i was just informed i can’t go on a mission due to mental health and i was so bummed i couldn’t go. but then i felt extreme peace because it meant i could have all the other things i’ve been looking forward too. so just looking to see god in the hard and good. 2. drinking water everyday. i suck at drinking water but when i do drink water i tell the difference in my mood my skin and my mind. 3. being intentional and genuine with how i treat myself. i’ve always been a person to bag on myself and put myself down for little things. being genuine with myself and giving myself grace has changed my life so much. also your guys videos brighten my day so much. i strive to have a family like yours when i’m married.
I’d love to hear how you practice prioritizing your spouse! I’d love to implement this
Your videos make me feel so calm and loved. Thank you so much always Kenna!
1. Yoga
2. Meditation before bed
3. Loving myself & knowing who I am so that I can do the same for others - doing a lot of self work like journaling, meditating, & mindfulness.
i loooved this video and just love your corner of the internet:) hmmm okay my top 3 are:
1. talking to god in the mornings:) just helps me center my day around what is most important
2. prioritizing sleep! I've never really been good at this but my fiance is so good about it and it has really changed my life
3. only buying/wearing things that are comfortable and feel like me - I just feel better when I'm comfy and not trying to be someone else
reading my scriptures every morning has changed my life along with waking up earlier!! And changing up my workouts as well!!
KENNA!!! You are seriously glowing! You are making me crave that warm weather/tan 😅 Love: a woman from upstate New York who doesn’t see the sun 😂
This is so inspiring!
The past year has been a whirlwind where routine has been hard due to being a first time mom but getting outside, keeping a clean home, and prioritizing getting minerals in my body have been 3 things I have been able to consistently do!
3 habits that made my life better
It could be a hiit workout, either a walk, or walking up the stairs, dancing, anything as long as im moving and happy❤
Love you and your family Kenna, your channel is my comfort channel!
loved this video ♡
1. being grateful when I wake up
2. getting outside more
3. prioritizing taking care of myself mentally & emotionally
I always instantly click on your videos whenever there is a new one hahaha!
1) water!! I drink about a gallon a day
2) protein!! I try and eat a lot of protein during the day
3) devotion!! I love my alone time with God and reading His word
1. gratitude & journaling
2. texting people i love and catching up
3. going outside and getting some fresh air and touching grass : grounding
4. meditation!!!
5. healthy foods throughout the day that nourish me and make me feel good
1. Being choosy about who I follow on social media, your mellowness sets my bar right and gives me great vibes.
2. Smile at strangers
For me, 3 things are:
1. Cycle syncing my workouts
2. Prioritizing the emotional connection in my closest relationships
1. prioritising balance in my life - working 4 days a week instead of 5 + working out 3 days instead of 7
2. writing down 3 things that made me smile every day, it's like practising gratitude without every day being the same three things i'm grateful for (like everyday putting my friends, family, house etc.)
3. journalling - being able to reflect on my day or month, and then being able to look at my journal from months ago reminds me of how much i am growing & learning & doing
thank you for this video kenna!
2. getting protein in and fueling my body everyday to make sure I am eating whole and yummy foods
3. quality time with myself to check in and see how I am doing and what I'm feeling, its tough out here being single and dating!!!
(Hand in hand with no phone in the morning)
Open the curtains, open the blinds and getting sun on my face🥰
Continuously learning to be more comfortable in the quiet moments😊🤍
This was a really beautiful vlog! It’s given me some incredible ideas to reflect on and incorporate, especially the 1:1 time with my husband♥️
3 things that have really helped me is getting outside and letting the sun hit my skin even if it’s cold, staying hydrated, and not caring so much about what other ppl think about me! :)
love your content sm btw!
Thanks for sharing Kenna
Loved this video so much!!!!
The top 3 things have changed my life are:
1. Daily meditation. This has transformed my life in every way. just 10 minutes a day can do wonders
2. Starting my day off with a protein packed healthy breakfast
3. Decluttering & organizing every space in my house. Clean house=clean mind
LOVE YOU KENNA!!!!!!
I loved this vlog so much! You and your family have always inspired me!
1. Getting at least 30 minutes of exercise every day
2. Not going on my phone first thing in the morning (I love how you brought this up too!)
3. Meditating! I love giving myself time to think and process without any distractions
Love your habits and hope to implement a few into my daily life - especially the stretching and less phone time.
Here are three habits of mine that have changed my life:
You are truly such an inspiration and truly hope you never stop sharing the vlog moments with your followers!!❤
1. Waking up and chugging water
2. 1 hr spent walking and being outside daily (game changer)
My top 3 things that always make me feel physically and mentally better are
Getting outside no matter the weather (this is SO important), eating healthy and making healthy meals for my family and reading everyday! This video is very motivating for me since I’ve been struggling to find balance in my life and trying to find the energy to be active in the dead of winter. Thank you for all your tips!!
I love this video so much! Thank you for sharing, you’re truly inspiring to me!🫶
Even if it is just a simple text or taking them food, I want to be more consistent at serving others!❤
3. Moving my body EVERY day, either going on a walk, weightlifting, or cardio. I feel so much better when I move my body, especially postpartum!
1. journaling everyday!! i love what you said about your kids having a part of you the world doesnt🥹
2. eating meals! as a college student and working i am running all over and notice a HUGE difference when i sit down and eat a meal rather than snacking all day
3. taking time for me. again w a busy life, its hard to focus on yourself sometimes. so whether its working out or seeing a friend or laying in bed reading a book!
My tummy, hair, and skin thank me sooo much
Your videos bring me so much joy 💗 top 3 things that have changed my life :
1. Being present and enjoying life in the moment
2. Cutting out alcohol (changed my life)
Stay safe
loved this vid and made me stoked to focus more on my daily habits!
1. personal scripture study & journaling
2. get outside !!
3. tidy room
I want more people in my life like you, your kindness and love radiate right through the screen!! such an inspiring human. movement, minimal amounts of processed sugar and hugging people are filling my cup atm
So good!
1. Find gratitude: memories made and life and opportunities yet to come. Pray.
2. Workout
3. Cold/hot plunge
4. Harvest the meat we eat
5. Homemade meals at home
6. Adventures outside both solo and with the fam
Thank you for this! I have been so hard on myself during pregnancy of not keeping to goals. But this video made me see that I am going good things, and I need to not be so hard on myself!
Supplements to fuel my body, taking care of myself and being patient with myself, daily movement, daily prayer, and taking time to really listen and talk to my partner each day.❤
Loved this so much! Thanks for. Sharing! A few of the things I do daily to help improve my life, reading, exercising/movement, and journaling 🫶🏼
(Our 5 year old niece is battling cancer and being there for them has been a priority in our life right now.)
I’m loving the idea of journaling so that’s something I’m going to start practicing.
LOVE you Kenna!!! You motivate me as an individual and a mom- keep being you
I try stay on track with my outdoor runs year-round, reading, and 80/20 'diet'
1. slowed breathing practice! I do 5:5 breathing for a few mins every morning and night to regulate the ol’ nervous system
2. tidying my space daily bc clear space = clear mind! so satisfying also and makes me feel productive
3. planning a lil something to look forward to every week! movie, dinner w friends, date, spa night, yoga class, etc.
Getting outside with my daughter everyday, no matter the weather, it helps both of us so much and that girl loves the rain!
e mail me !!! you won !!! kennabangerter@ gmail.com
I. Love. This. !!
my three things have been 1. reading the Bible everyday 2. long walk outside everyday !! 3. being engaged with my baby & not worrying about what “needs” to get done

love all your videos🫶🏼
1. waking up early
2. drinking lots of water through out the day
3. reading before bed
1. Finding women who inspire me
2. Fresh air daily
3. Making sure I make my kids laugh every day
i value this vlog so much. thank you for sharing! i would say a few things that have been huge in making my life better would be 1. going outside and soaking in the sun. whether it’s up in the mountains on a hike or swimming or just a walk. being in nature is so important and makes me so happy. 2. spending time with my loved ones, friends and family. being around those you love most & who support you. huge win. 3. journaling. i used to journal all the time. i have filled up so many journals. i have gotten back into it again more recently and i know how beneficial it is for myself. ❤️
This was so inspiring 🥰
1. Drinking hot lemon ginger daily
2. Trying to get outside and move my body daily
Being in touch with god’s will and my desires and goals makes such a difference.
i want to be kenna when i grow up!! three things that have changed my life are

2. getting my day started early! i love jumpstarting my day before the sun and having quiet time!
3. prioritizing gratitude! my whole perspective on life has changed by being more grateful each day!
1. Prioritizing myself on the weekends when I am not running around working, errands, etc.
2. Getting one walk outside if I can every day since I work indoors
3. Working out every day to relieve stress and built up tension from the day
🩷
1) Devotionals/ Spending time reading my Bible.
2) Movement whether that’s long runs with friends or Cycle bar classes.
3) Eating home cooked meals.💗
Also, my top three things that have changed my life are, reading the bible every morning, having a consistent sleep schedule, and taking advantage of the time with my family.
prayer & reading my Bible!!! It’s what sustains me
having a hobby!
ofc taking supplements haha
Love all these.
Readinggggg
Sleep prioritizing sleep is so important
Social media fasts
Every time I watch your videos I wish more peole knew you and your content. This is the kind of content that really matters
1. Being present throughout the day
2. Form workouts and walks outside
3. Graditude✨
I go on it at night before bed and look at a few peoples stories and videos but other than that I have stopped snapping people and doing brainless things and trying to just be present in life ◡̈
1. Keeping up with my Good Reads goal
2. Making at least one better for me purchase at the grocery store (or more if I can afford it), like raw milk instead of pasteurized
1. sunshine 🌞
2. movement 🤸🏼♂️
3. gratitude 🧩
Thanks for ANOTHER AMAZING Video Kenna 🫶❤️
Love this! Saying “no” without an excuse if I can’t attend something because I need time for myself! Starting therapy and going even when I think I don’t need it! Collagen peptides every morning! ❤❤
I priorities reading I love to read because I never did as a child I couldn’t I struggled really hard with it and now every time I do it it feels like a testament to myself and makes me feel incredible even if it’s just reading to my children
I have deleted Facebook and Instagram and chosen to give that time to my children or my home or myself in other ways
Choosing water over caffeine changed my life as a mum !
1. Prioritizing REST and not killing myself in the gym
2. Not listening to guilt for putting myself first every once in a while
3. Telling my husband often how much I appreciate him
4. Quality time with my kids. No distractions
5. Spending time with my mom and sister before they move out of state (😢)
6. Answering the phone when friends call instead of avoiding conversation
7. Eating intuitively and not restricting (still working on that one)
8. SETTING AND KEEPING BOUNDARIES
9. Stretching after my workouts
10. Nice, long walks with the pup
Mine is:
1) 💪🏻Workout, been adding it 3 years ago to my daily routine and workout always makes me feel good (and my period's cramps are less painful every month! 😅)
2) 📖 Reading, finding out it's always amazing to know and thinking about something else instead of my current life.
My three things that I have focused more on this year that have made me life better are
15:15 love this Kenna 🤍🤍
1. Taking walks outside everyday
2. Calling my mom and talking everyday
3. Having a hobby (painting) to look forward to doing
Loved this video! Your so inspiring!
1. Journaling! I need to go get myself a cute journal and just start.
2.Reading- so hard for me cause I can’t find good books so give me some recs if you have!!❤️❤️
3. Getting out on a walk everyday-even if it’s just 10 minutes.
prayer, community, & exercise!
aw this was so encouraging! i love your vids thanks for sharing your thoughts 🫶🏻
Hi It’s Joslyn, the one who said hi at pipeline to you and Brooklyn😆
1. Taking time for myself without mom guilt
2. Prioritizing friendships and relationships
3. Not stressing over things I can’t control
You are great!
Sunlight before 10am, 1:1 time with my son and quality time with my husband.
Recently, things that have made my life better.
1. Realizing that everyone has their own story and not making someone else’s story about mine.
2. Meal prep before going to the grocery store.
3. Mixing all of my supplements into my water instead of pills 🙌
1. Starting my day with Jesus. Reading the word every day!
2. Prioritizing exercise. Any form of it.
3. Eating clean, healthy foods!! 🫶🏼
Three things that have changed my mindset:
1. Moving my body every day and going outside
2. Cooking more meals at home
3. Daily devotional time
Chanting, planning meals, moving my body.
i genuinely get so excited for new videos of your guys.
1. i think the thing that has changed my life the most has been to find the god in every situation. i was just informed i can’t go on a mission due to mental health and i was so bummed i couldn’t go. but then i felt extreme peace because it meant i could have all the other things i’ve been looking forward too. so just looking to see god in the hard and good.
2. drinking water everyday. i suck at drinking water but when i do drink water i tell the difference in my mood my skin and my mind.
3. being intentional and genuine with how i treat myself. i’ve always been a person to bag on myself and put myself down for little things. being genuine with myself and giving myself grace has changed my life so much.
also your guys videos brighten my day so much. i strive to have a family like yours when i’m married.
1. Cook dinner at home most nights with my husband 2. Go on a walk or run everyday 3. Read my scriptures and journal at least once a week
