Watching from Auburn, PA. USA. Amara paid for and deserved to sit in her first class seat. But Mrs Whitman/Clara felt that should be her seat and she wanted Amara to switch seats because she always sat there. Even the Captain, and flight attendants tried to get Amara to move but she stood firm, which was her right!Amara stood her ground and stayed in the seat. I’ve done a lot of flying with my job and thank goodness, as a Black woman, I’ve never encountered anything like this.
Amara’s courage and strength in standing her ground is nothing short of inspiring. This story is a powerful reminder of the dignity and resolve it takes to confront prejudice with grace
Thank for your feedback ! I do not object to your opinion, but I have a question for you: if a book has an unattractive cover, will readers still want to explore its content?
I didn't Like the end, She should have complained with the company and have her tickets reimbursed for the inconvenience. I'm.not a US citizen. Prejudice and racism Is growing un that country So sad, it's a shame
Just for once couldn't you select the photo first and then write the description. It's jarring to look at a picture and then not have the narration match it.
Canadian, watching from Dubai.
It's really really beautiful story to see a Black woman stands up for her rights. It's about time!
