one thing i noticed is when i use stock model and a bullnose endmill, the tool wont go deeper than the deepest point of the stock meaning there will always be stock on the bottom left.
To solve that you just want to tell your end mill to go deeper in the tool path parameters. This stock model is being used to rework this part and add 1/4-20 threaded holes.
why didnt you just use the "modify feature" function and remove the surfaces of the solid? this is way easier and you do not have to create wireframe.
