It’s mostly broker who miss guide most of the Clints and company can’t change the layout once the RERA is approved
@@Gurgaonrealestate1 as per brochure and BBA the layout is different than what Signature has executed and leaks are that they agreed to it as well and ready to meet the buyers. You can go and checkout yourself, back side balconies should have been joined as per BBA but signature has built them separately. Basics are not right with this builder, they are just focused on launching new projects

It will be appreciated as we all know when the super structure of any product is ready and investor bought is on a decent payment plan like 20 -80 or 30 -70 also at that time end user will buy it from the investor before OC so that Investor don’t have to clear the final amount of 80 or 70 % and will get a return on it in the most cases and mostly it’s 20 to 25 % return on the 100% amount .
But it’s a 100 % return on the amount which was paid by investor which was 20 -30 % .
