It only works if you have less than 5k followers. I contacted Support and that was their response.

I’ve done everything you can think of and it still doesn’t work and it’s turned on. I’ve asked customer service numerous times and they’ve never fixed it 😢 just get automated responses.

My other accounts show up when my main account views it but when i view my main account it doesn’t show? I don’t have 5k followers and i’m verified over 16.
