Tim Mallare's (drummer) style is absolutely perfect for this type of music. his fills match the song well, has a killer backbeat, tempo is perfect, never over does it. Tim Mallare is definitely an underrated drummer. I've liked him back from the MOD 'true colors' days.
In my opinion, Tim Malare was an incredible drummer for this band. He just had an instinct for this style of music. Played just what the songs needed. And covered previous drummers parts very well.
The wrecking everything tour is one of the best metal performances in our time. Each and every song sounds so much more Visceral and Powerful then the Studio versions. I wouldnt be surprised if we will bang our heads to these clips in a thousands years from now

@Sideler74 Totally. Rat Skates too. When the punk element departed Overkill and they became 'just another' thrash band, everything took on a much different flavor. And not to the better. Taking Over is a perfect album. Wrecking Crew the perfect speed metal song.
@mushman05 There was a companion CD released with selected cuts from the show. Scuttlebutt is that they only wanted to do songs that never had a live version released before, so don't expect this awesome twofer, Rotten To The Core or Hello From The Gutter or anything like that. But it still rips.
i hate the overkill crew for not putting this on the wrecking everything cd, it would've been killer. (not that it isn't the way it's now, but this would've added a whole new dimension to the destruction of my room after listening to it)
