hearing meteor shower as a born again adult, it gives me chills, because i never understood that he wasnt singing about some girl he was in love with. it made me ponder about how we dont realize it but what we want in a relationship is to be worshipped. i remember hearing that song in my teens thinking about how i wished someone felt that way about me, you know? i do not have the power to make someone new, and nobody should be desperate for me. we all fall short, jesus is the only one who has not. god made flesh sent from heaven to show us how to live and offer himself as a sacrificial bridge for us to come back home to him. there is no greater love than that, and nothing more worthy of worship and praise.

My particular favorite was Galaxies even when I was an atheist and I started my solid path back to faith the day of the solar eclipse earlier this year. The Lord certainly works in mysterious ways.

Hello, you're welcome. Glad you liked the video! While that song does convey a message to love our enemies, most of it is a retelling of one boy's memories. I didn't include it because God is mentioned only at the very last verses of the song, and the entire song is not really about worshipping or calling out to God. I'm not a native english speaker so I apologize if my reasoning isn't clear enough, but in my opinion, Christian songs should be centered more around God than a retelling of real life situations.
