Here's how life comes full circle.
Picture this: I'm front row at Azkena Rock Festival in northern Spain, saving my spot for the 2AM performance of All Them Witches, the band that changed my life when I discovered them through KEXP (do yourself a favour and check them out). Right before them, St Paul is playing.
When I tell you I cannot BELIEVE what I am witnessing. One of the most charismatic, soulful performances of top-tier musicianship! I am in awe, losing my mind. Paul throws his shoes off, sings his heart out, the sax player knocks our socks off. It was the most beautiful most perfect band to watch at midnight in rainy Spain.
And now I'm back on KEXP.

Catch 'em live if you can. They're good ones.

I understand the vibe. Perfection.

The Alien Coast is an excellent album. Love Letter from a Red Roof Inn is one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard. Incredible live vocal performance here
Stoked that they're coming to Honolulu! Just bought our tickets~ For as beautiful of a place as Hawaii is, it's also a music desert! It's rare to hear great live music. Bands don't travel here much.

I discovered them three years ago while chilling at Bryant Park watching some ballet girls rehearsing to Apollo. What an epiphany!

I know what you mean the singer is phenomenal but his musicians are wonderful,..they really are good. Just have to really listen to them because it’s hard to listen to them when Paul is singing.😁

Probably one of the best live bands on the planet. Saw Rammstein and them within a few weeks of each other and they were both utterly brilliant for entirely different reasons. One in a 60K stadium, the other in a 400 capacity club.
