  • Resep mudah PINDANGTEMPE TUMIS KEMANGI :
    BAHAN :
    2 ekor ikan pindang matang (cuci dan kukus)
    1/2 papan tempe
    2 bawang putih
    3 bawang merah
    1/2 bawang bombay
    2 ruas jahe (geprek)
    1 ruas lengkuas (geprek)
    1 tomat
    3 daun jeruk
    cabe besar
    daun kemangi secukupnya
    3 sdm kecap asin
    1/2 sdt garam
    1/2 sdt gula
    sedikit air (+/- 50 ml)
    1/2 sdt kunyit bubuk
    1 sdm kecap manis

    INGREDIENTS :
    2 cooked pindang fish (washed and steamed)
    1/2 pack tempeh
    2 garlics
    3 red onions
    1/2 onion
    2 segments of ginger
    1 segment of galangal
    1 tomato
    3 lime leaves
    big chili
    enough basil leaves
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp sugar
    a little water (+/- 50 ml)
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tbsp sweet soy sauce

    配料 :
    2条熟品当鱼(洗净蒸)
    1/2 板豆豉
    2个大蒜
    3个红洋葱
    1/2 洋葱
    2片姜
    1 段高良姜
    1个番茄
    3片酸橙叶
    大辣椒
    足够的罗勒叶
    3汤匙酱油
    1/2 茶匙盐
    1/2茶匙糖
    少许水(+/- 50 毫升)
    1/2 茶匙姜黄粉
    1汤匙甜酱油
