Wayne Brady is the most talented improv artist I know, but Colin is and always has been hands down the funniest dude on this show.
To think he thought of himself as an outsider during the original series. Glad he got over that needless fear later. He rocked the show now and still does.
@Shadow Reptile Ryan is irreplaceable since the UK version and even since "The Drew Carey Show" improv episodes. I have no idea why OC has this (un)intentional urge to segregate the original US trio (Wayne, Colin, Ryan) like that, it's so disingenuous and childish.
@@ordelian7795 Is it true, though? And if so, why? Since 1998 he is the main player of WLIIA together with Ryan and Colin - if one of them quits, it's almost certain the show's over.
Maybe he felt an outsider because he was the only one not featured in the original UK version - he was a guest in only a few episodes. That's about it. I remember Wayne from the two live improv episodes of "The Drew Carey Show" even before "Whose Line"! He guest starred together with Drew, Ryan, Colin, Brad, Greg, Jeff and Chip in 1999/2000... the whole WLIIA gang. Plus he's irreplaceable on the show.
I don't know, this sounds like those black comedians that once accused Wayne of "not being black enough" in comedy...
