Very nice sheds man! Just a tip for you and glassing. There is a company called Phone Scope from my home town. They make phone cases so that you can attach your phone to your scope and get a prefect picture/video from your scope with out shaking and it’s clear. They make them to fit any smart phone and scope. You can check them out on their website phonescope.com FYI I’m not a salesman for them by any means, just think you might enjoy one
What elevation are you typically finding sheds at? I just moved to AK from Pennsylvania. I have found a lot of caribou sheds but no luck with moose sheds yet. Any help would be awesome because I can't seem to figure them out. Thanks!
Alaska Adventure Services seems like these were all in the high country. I’m around area 13. We have some high country but I don’t know how high the moose population is here. I really don’t know anything about moose though. Found one tiny moose shed at 3500 that’s all. Don’t even see many moose around.
We've found moose sheds in unit 13 very close to where we hunt them in the rut, around 3,000 feet. It seems like the many of the moose in 13 don't migrate very far from winter to summer to fall. Sorry, really don't have any more info.
Should check the state regulations in that Brah- not legal to remove sheds from the field in Alaska. Blows my mind to see people do it like it’s cool. Seriously disruptive to ecosystem...other animals eat those
Its not against State of Alaska regulation to remove shed antlers from the field. Not sure where you're getting your information there. As far as damaging to the ecosystem, I'm doubting you there too. Please cite a study where it is demonstrated that removing shed antlers has an adverse impact on wildlife habitat. As far as if its cool or not to pick up sheds, that is a matter if opinion. Me and thousands of other folks thunk that antlers are very cool to find and collect. If you don't find it cool than just scroll on by.

It's at least four and beyond that, it doesn't matter. It's legal! Congrats on a very successful year.

We find moose sheds anywhere from sea level to 4,000 feet. It depends in where they winter. Find they're winter habitat and you'll find sheds.
