How long of a feud could they have? He is 23 yrs old 😅 As far as I knew Australia had a mandatory gun buy back. Though maybe the country side has different laws?
He is lucky to be alive. Some people cant control their anger. We had a road rage Incident few weeks ago where a man in his 30s shot multiple times another guy over a brake check. That person died now its murder. Another person in FL shot his neighbor ( they had a history of issues ) for running his atv or go cart up and down the driveway. Same thing person died. Now that other guys free life is over. There are people out there that like to piss others off on purpose. As the person being annoyed you must keep your cool. If talking to the neighbor diesnt solve issue you need to get the cops involved. How do you expect to live free if you kill someone or beat the crap out of them. Too many people out there have uncontrollable anger issues.
I had the coolest neighbors growing up. I used to have parts cars all over and loud v8s. And i would do burnouts up and down my driveway before i got my license. All during the day though.
