Wow! You just introduced a magnetic model that makes perfect sense _even_ given the limitations you describe here. I’ve been doing electronics repair at the component level for many years, now. Which book should be referred to practice the questions ?
The text for this course is Principles of Power Electronics, 2nd edition. It was a very reasonable $70 CAD for an 875 page hardcover text. Compared to most university texts which cost as much as Taylor Swift tickets, this is a bargain.

We learn everything about electric and magnetic except one thing, we haven’t teach in what condition that E and B field’s existence are possible and what not?
Actually the magnetic field energy is the kinetic energy of the moving electric charge,
