I mean, it's ostrich egg so he probably has more experience than you when it comes to how to cook it. Maybe the consistency would fall apart if he cooked it too fast because you can see that it's thick

@@ok6114 Ya, because it's fucking massive, which means all the heat is getting stuck in the bottom and not able to transfer to the top. You can't cook an egg that big like this, it would need to be scrabbled and stirred frequently. Otherwise you get what we saw here, way to over cooked on the bottom and way to raw on the top.
I know for sure that whenever I'm out on the street and craving a quick snack, a 2000 calorie ostrich egg will hold me over until dinner time.
