NOA orientation is useless if Nigeria is not restructured back to autonomous regions and a weak central government. This is what Nigeria's founding leaders agreed on during independence in 1960. Every region must live according to their natural value systems and ethoses. Other regions cannot encroach into other regions and confrontationally impose their own unacceptable ways of live on them in the deceptive guise of fake one Nigeria.
