I`ve never been in a bianary comp plan before and I`m looking at a company that uses one. What I don`t understand is that I do the work of putting people in, but I only get 1/2 of what I should be getting because, if I put two people in I only get paid on one. Seems like the company is the winner in this plan
question: What happens to the commissions on the power leg if only weak leg is in play for commissions? Can the unpaid's leg remuneration be utilized for monthly bonuses depending on rank or network level?
Hey there Andre! No. It gets banked for a time when your short leg goes beyond your power leg and becomes the power leg. Then, the banked volume is used to add to the new weak-leg volume for matching volume. The volume cant be used by itself as that would eliminate breakage and lead to over compensating.
