    Im doing my BSN program now. At the hospital, CNAs do blood draws😬. That must be at the hospitals discretion because they don't teach that in CNA school nor is it anywhere on the CNA state boards. A few of my cohort members got jobs there over summer(nurse aid) and this is something taught at the hospital during training. However, I wonder how the nurses feel about it though cuz ultimately the nurse is responsible for any mistakes

      There are phlebotomy courses that cna can get to get certifications. Same
      course a phlebotomist would get.
