I'm super stoked on your channel my friend. I'm a red seal welder and I'm looking to challenge my millwright IP. These are so helpful! Thanks again. Cheers from Nova Scotia

Hello I was just kind of curious do you find that industrial shops still train newbies for millwright work I have a interview with a pretty big place that does airplane stuff and machining and am nervous they won’t take me cause I don’t have experience I’ve been a carpenter my whole life but really want to take this career on

often times getting the apprenticeship is the hardest part of becoming a millwright. the answer to your question depends on a lot of factors, but in general people who take some sort of training have a higher chance of getting apprenticeships. if that’s not your case i would recommend getting in the door in any position with a company that does apprentice millwrights, and show your interest regularly.
