Hi guys..great viewing really enjoying all ur stuff...think a good challenge would be to see if can catch the mighty winter cod hard task for the bigger ones.
Recently subscribed to the channel guys. Really enjoy your content. It shows the true highlights of fishing but also shows how difficult and challenging it can be too. Keep up the good work guys. Nice to see some fellow scots on UA-cam 👍🎣
Another beautifully presented video chaps, thank you! As for your next challenge, might I suggest utilising a combination of your fresh and sea water fishing skills with a view to catching an elusive Scottish mullet?
@@angling360 Be tough, but it would be some buzz to get one out the clyde. I’ve tried a few times in areas they’ve been seen. The lad who holds the record in Scotland told me and my pal a few spots to try
I saw a couple Mullet at Clydebank and if yous boys could hook 1 of them in the Clyde ! Oooooof they were decent size aswell or a Carp out the forth and clyde canal ?
@@angling360 look forward to that, I live near the river weir, the Dace record came from that river at one time. They used to win matches with bags of Dace on the North Yorkshire rivers.
Great content as always guys. Couple of idea for videos guys. Something to peak your competitive sides. An Alex v Gordon series covering different areas of fishing. Another idea could be trying to catch a 25lb individual or 40lb combined bag of roach, bream perch etc from a wild scottish venue.
Hi there guys new subscriber given a nudge by Dougie. I'm sure I saw you guys down at Ardmore a couple of weeks back. Any roads will have good look at your back catalogue of videos. Some good stuff in there I'm sure. BTW I see you don't use swivels on your lures. Any reason for that? Don't you get a lot of twists? Tight lines boys.
@@angling360 wouldn't mind a heads up too, seen some monsters around the city centre. Mullet fight like he'll, caught them on waggler and bread abroad. Clyde estuary has to be worth a shot anywhere a river flows in or boat yard!
Species challenge catch as many as you can over a 24hr period or 12 see how many different fish yous could manage would be a decent challenge would take a bit of planning for locations ect
Really enjoying this series thanks guys

Thank you Anthony. Mullet is something we have in our plans, to be honest, we have discussed trying for them for years.
It looks like Turnberry. Another good video guys
Well done on the sea trout - rarer than any bass!
Stunning venue lads 👍
I would like to see you do a multispecies challenge showcase Scottish fishing Loch or sea or even both.
Cheers Dale, that multi species hunt is on the cards.
A barbel from the clyde, there in there.. I’ve tried before… Failed lol
Ps. Brilliant video again! 👏🏼
Thank you mate, I've been trying to convince Alex we should try this for over a year.

We've a few contacts that could help us with both these species, but defo up for the challenge.
I spotted a couple of Mullet at Clydebank college last summer and they were crackers !
Am no expert as I just pike fish but these Mullet were huge 😳
Challenge, I was watching a video on Dace fishing in Scotland, a 1lb Dace is a tough fish to find, have you thought about that?
Just filmed one at the weekend there mate

When I lure fish I always put a swivel on, and I'm sure Alex does. Thanks for subscribing mate, your support means alot 🎩👌
What about wreck fishing for Congers Guys.
I've never caught a congor before. That would be interesting
When I seen the place your fishing on the big bay you definitely sea trout. Dabs flat fish
A was going try fly fishing for sea trout
Ano big Ross stays near me a fished with him few times Helensburgh reservoir get him challenge fly fish for sea trout something different
Challenge? I keep saying go for the Mullett on a float rod! Fair chance you'll get Bass while you're at it.
Could watch your vids all day long lads.. Why not try for a Scottish 20 plus carp? Have a word with my mate Saul Gardner of the SCSG... 🍐
Glad you enjoy them mate, cheers Stuart 🎩👌🍐....I'd be well up for that.
Mullet on The Clyde
Andy it's on the cards, we have been talking about it for years, we have a man in the know, we hope can help us out.
