Can these be played on a ps2, or does it have to be like a Dev system or on an emulator?

I think you need a PS2 that can read burned games. I played it on emulator

Also, I am ELATED about this news. I literally woke up this morning, this news story/article was the first thing that popped up in my recommend, and I woke up my family with my exclamations of joy.
I have been wanting to play what this Vectorman PS2 could have been ever since I first saw it years ago. I wasn't sure the day would ever come where it got leaked online, but I am beyond overjoyed that it has.
