I've been researching this case for over 10 years, and this is definitely one of the most exciting things to hear in a long time. In my research, Joe's story makes up for a lot of the gaps in the story that I could never figure out. Even if it goes nowhere legally, I still believe what Joe is saying.

What you have to understand is that the "27 club" isn't a coincidence. Cobain. Hendrix. Morrison. Joplin. These were some of the most influential singer/song writers of their generations. These are the people who had the power to make people think for themselves. Their deaths were not accidental. It was obvious in 1994 that Kurt was murdered, but no matter how much proof comes out, his death will never be ruled a homicide.

My heart physically hurts imagining Kurt’s final moments, and how his death was so quickly dismissed as a depressed junkie. I do have one question, though. When the gunshot is heard, why does nobody think to investigate at that moment? Was gunfire commonplace for that area? Joe was already concerned for his friend, debating whether to check on him before leaving, so I just wonder why he didn’t upon hearing the shot. Instead it sounds like he just left at Cali’s insistence. Which would have made me all the more suspicious.
30 years on and hardly a day goes by without hearing Kurt's vocals. Hopefully soon we will actually hear what Kurt had to say. Gratitude for speaking out.

So I’ve been screaming since 2014 when the pictures came out that there was no blood splatter on his hand & that proved to me that Kurt was dead or almost dead when they pulled the trigger bc his heartbeat/blood pressure was none to low & I believe that’s why the EMT said there was a little small blood puddle that came from his left ear.. I believe maybe if he was still alive with blood pressure maybe the scene would of been more gruesome and maybe more damage to the head.. but yeah I’m glad Neil got people thinking about the, no spray back of blood on Kurt’s hand
I posted the same thing up a few years back on here under my old profile, and yes, the results don't add up. If Kurt was alive and breathing when that shotgun was fired, the gases from the shotgun expanding inside of his skull, along with his blood flow would have made a case serious back spatter and blood pooling from the nose and mouth. The amount that leaked from his severed ear canal was never enough to verify he had a healthy heartbeat. I've always theorized that he was definitely dead when the shotgun was fired.
I have also had a big problem with that. And people say well it was bird shot and no exit wound but I've seen many crime scene photos without an exit wound especially in the head if the heart is still pumping , blood will shoot out out of the entry everywhere. There's no way his entire arm wouldn't be covered in spatter. Also I remember an obscure interview where Courtney says something about there not being much blood by his head but a puddle by his leg which never made sense to me
Apparently there was no blood splatter because there was no exit wound. There was no exit wound because the shotgun was loaded with bird shot, so the pellets just ricocheted around his skull.

Let's say the human skull can hold a gallon of gas or liquid, and you introduce a 20 gauge shotgun which produces almost two and a half gallons of gas, especially in a case where there is no exit wound. Now, those gases will enter the head and exit through the path of least resistance (Mouth/Nose) and with the exit of those gases, it will bring back blood that was pumping and now needs an exit for the displacement the gases created. Sorry, long explanation, but I'm trying to break it down.

The police failed to do basic forensics, basic due diligence. They made a public declaration of suicide within hours of the body being discovered. That is UNHEARD OF. I ask you again, how are we “bottom dwellers” for asking that standard procedure be followed? In deaths like this, the police must first rule out the possibility of murder before settling on a suicide verdict. The SPD took one look at the scene and said “it’s obviously self-inflicted, case closed”. They disposed of evidence without even testing it for fingerprints. Totally shambolic. Kurt deserves better.

I don’t know how that didn’t occur to me before now. But it’s true. There’s a Nirvana interview with MTV’s Kurt Loder in which Loder asks Kurt directly about his stomach pain and he says how it’s gone completely and he feels free. The date of that interview is 12th October 1993. I’ll have to go back and check if Kurt says how long he’s been pain-free. From memory there was also another interview from Christmas 1993, the one where Kurt is wearing tinsel around his neck, and he goes into more detail about his stomach pain. Worth checking out

Dylan wrote on an Instagram comment responding to someone saying something about him mishandling guns and Dylan responded by saying that he didn't mishandle a gun. Which makes me think that the other dude pulled the trigger alongside of Dylan. Not defending him, just my instinctive take on the subject
Dylan got him high enough to incapacitate him. The other two dudes shot him and staged the scene. Courtney was smart enough to realize that Dylan couldn’t stage a scene, especially loaded on dope. The other two dudes may have been professional hitmen

To have some closure about what happened does not make me feel better at all. It makes me extremely sad that a man was murdered and a daughter lost her father. Especially if Kurt did buy the gun because he thought people were out to kill him. Then, some strange people show up to his house and he probably knew what was coming, even in his drugged state. I thought Kurt had a spasm type grip on the gun, that only would’ve happened if he’s been gripping the gun when he died? No? My theory was that he was still alive when they shot him, and that he put his hand on the gun while they pulled the trigger.
Josef Burns in a video that I'm watching said that he couldn't really do very much drugs, that Josef could tolerate more, smaller amount wrecked him, so its not like the story of him having a high tolerance is true according to Josef, which makes me think that the amount found in him was reported to have been at least 2 if not 3 needles full. Something was given to him just after he ate and was in the kitchen, and he was nodding off but fighting back to not be taken to the greenhouse. Now the autopsy showed the food partly digested and talk of the blood flow stopping, this to me means he was dead for a while, maybe even more than 15 min, more akin to 20 or 30, but Josef said that they were being kicked out and he roughly estimated it was about 15 minutes or so, and then in the driveway he heard the gunshot, but he may have already been dead before that. I'm thinking that first needle where he was nodding off, overdosed him and dragging him from the kitchen, he was probably passed out or dead, and he had affixiated during that drag if still barely alive then, because of the timing Josef Joseph estimates they were trying to kick him out. He may have died being dragged out of the kitchen. Because after that it was about 15 min. And the food was just digesting. Its so completely infuriating and horrific what happened to him by those around him for nothing, money dross, can't take it with you.
I’ve been on this case for well over 15 years. Most of what is known and gets discussed is common knowledge and everyone is hitching their wagons to Tom Grant, Ian Halperin & Max Wallace, who did all the legwork and took all of the risks. The new witness is great (if true) but I’m not sure if it’s been done correctly or with his safety in mind either. The main suspects, as well as the people known to have been around, has not changed. His story just confirms it (if true).

After Dylan and the guys came in and started talking to Kurt, Joe said that Kurt looked way more intoxicated when he saw him again, maybe that's where the diazepam comes in the picture? It could have been slipped into a drink for example. (0.08 diazepam mg/L and 0.11 codeine mg/L according to the autopsy).

An important fact that i think is worthy of consideration is that Mike Ciesynski and everyone else of the SPD who were at the scene says that Kurt was holding the shotgun in he's left hand, but if you look at a picture or watch any footage of him smoking or holding a pen it was always in he's right hand not the left, he (i think) only played guitar left handed. So i ask, why would the shotgun, the weapon that he allegedly used to end he's life with, be on he's left hand and not the right?
My sister was really inspired by Cobain's suicide. She shot herself as well. There are many more suicides that they'll never know of.

Also since 2014 after they released the photos I asked why no blood spray on his left hand & also the gun was in my opinion to long with that choke on it for Kurt to be able to actually reach the trigger. I believe she was trying to paint the picture like Kurt was standing up and leaning over with the guns butt on the ground and so it would appear that he actually did do it himself. She had no clue in about 20 years pictures would be released. I can literally go on & on about many details & red flags

What you have to understand is that the "27 club" isn't a coincidence. Cobain. Hendrix. Morrison. Joplin. These were some of the most influential singer/song writers of their generations. These are the people who had the power to make people think for themselves. Their deaths were not accidental. It was obvious in 1994 that Kurt was murdered, but no matter how much proof comes out, his death will never be ruled a homicide.

My heart physically hurts imagining Kurt’s final moments, and how his death was so quickly dismissed as a depressed junkie. I do have one question, though.
When the gunshot is heard, why does nobody think to investigate at that moment? Was gunfire commonplace for that area? Joe was already concerned for his friend, debating whether to check on him before leaving, so I just wonder why he didn’t upon hearing the shot. Instead it sounds like he just left at Cali’s insistence. Which would have made me all the more suspicious.
My guess is he probably thought HE was going to get shot if he stuck around…
30 years on and hardly a day goes by without hearing Kurt's vocals. Hopefully soon we will actually hear what Kurt had to say. Gratitude for speaking out.

So I’ve been screaming since 2014 when the pictures came out that there was no blood splatter on his hand & that proved to me that Kurt was dead or almost dead when they pulled the trigger bc his heartbeat/blood pressure was none to low & I believe that’s why the EMT said there was a little small blood puddle that came from his left ear.. I believe maybe if he was still alive with blood pressure maybe the scene would of been more gruesome and maybe more damage to the head.. but yeah I’m glad Neil got people thinking about the, no spray back of blood on Kurt’s hand
I posted the same thing up a few years back on here under my old profile, and yes, the results don't add up. If Kurt was alive and breathing when that shotgun was fired, the gases from the shotgun expanding inside of his skull, along with his blood flow would have made a case serious back spatter and blood pooling from the nose and mouth. The amount that leaked from his severed ear canal was never enough to verify he had a healthy heartbeat. I've always theorized that he was definitely dead when the shotgun was fired.
I have also had a big problem with that. And people say well it was bird shot and no exit wound but I've seen many crime scene photos without an exit wound especially in the head if the heart is still pumping , blood will shoot out out of the entry everywhere. There's no way his entire arm wouldn't be covered in spatter. Also I remember an obscure interview where Courtney says something about there not being much blood by his head but a puddle by his leg which never made sense to me
Apparently there was no blood splatter because there was no exit wound. There was no exit wound because the shotgun was loaded with bird shot, so the pellets just ricocheted around his skull.

Let's say the human skull can hold a gallon of gas or liquid, and you introduce a 20 gauge shotgun which produces almost two and a half gallons of gas, especially in a case where there is no exit wound. Now, those gases will enter the head and exit through the path of least resistance (Mouth/Nose) and with the exit of those gases, it will bring back blood that was pumping and now needs an exit for the displacement the gases created.

I ask you again, how are we “bottom dwellers” for asking that standard procedure be followed? In deaths like this, the police must first rule out the possibility of murder before settling on a suicide verdict. I don’t know how that didn’t occur to me before now. But it’s true. There’s a Nirvana interview with MTV’s Kurt Loder in which Loder asks Kurt directly about his stomach pain and he says how it’s gone completely and he feels free. The date of that interview is 12th October 1993. I’ll have to go back and check if Kurt says how long he’s been pain-free. From memory there was also another interview from Christmas 1993, the one where Kurt is wearing tinsel around his neck, and he goes into more detail about his stomach pain. Worth checking out

Which makes me think that the other dude pulled the trigger alongside of Dylan. Not defending him, just my instinctive take on the subject

Josef Burns in a video that I'm watching said that he couldn't really do very much drugs, that Josef could tolerate more, smaller amount wrecked him, so its not like the story of him having a high tolerance is true according to Josef, which makes me think that the amount found in him was reported to have been at least 2 if not 3 needles full. Something was given to him just after he ate and was in the kitchen, and he was nodding off but fighting back to not be taken to the greenhouse. Now the autopsy showed the food partly digested and talk of the blood flow stopping, this to me means he was dead for a while, maybe even more than 15 min, more akin to 20 or 30, but Josef said that they were being kicked out and he roughly estimated it was about 15 minutes or so, and then in the driveway he heard the gunshot, but he may have already been dead before that. I'm thinking that first needle where he was nodding off, overdosed him and dragging him from the kitchen, he was probably passed out or dead, and he had affixiated during that drag if still barely alive then, because of the timing Josef Joseph estimates they were trying to kick him out. He may have died being dragged out of the kitchen. Because after that it was about 15 min. And the food was just digesting. Its so completely infuriating and horrific what happened to him by those around him for nothing, money dross, can't take it with you.

I’ve been on this case for well over 15 years. Most of what is known and gets discussed is common knowledge and everyone is hitching their wagons to Tom Grant, Ian Halperin & Max Wallace, who did all the legwork and took all of the risks. The new witness is great (if true) but I’m not sure if it’s been done correctly or with his safety in mind either. The main suspects, as well as the people known to have been around, has not changed. His story just confirms it (if true).

After Dylan and the guys came in and started talking to Kurt, Joe said that Kurt looked way more intoxicated when he saw him again, maybe that's where the diazepam comes in the picture? It could have been slipped into a drink for example. (0.08 diazepam mg/L and 0.11 codeine mg/L according to the autopsy).
The Valium was given to him when he was at Exodus. It has an extremely long half-life and the low dose in the blood shows it wasn't taken recently.

An important fact that i think is worthy of consideration is that Mike Ciesynski and everyone else of the SPD who were at the scene says that Kurt was holding the shotgun in he's left hand, but if you look at a picture or watch any footage of him smoking or holding a pen it was always in he's right hand not the left, he (i think) only played guitar left handed. So i ask, why would the shotgun, the weapon that he allegedly used to end he's life with, be on he's left hand and not the right?

Yes all of Joe's interview and 50 pages of new evidence was submitted to the SPD and others, a few wks back. there are other things going on and being planned as well. It will all take a long time but the WKK team are in it for the long haul

I believe it was likely Sunday night going into Monday morning so Kurt’s death likeky happens between Sunday April 3rd 11pm to Monday April 4th 4:00am plus no one heard the gunshot, so that’s why I believe the hours.. did Joe say what time he thought it was ?

@@mattbealllimitless thank you & that’s truly what I believe and I’ve been saying for decades, Kurt’s pants looked that way bc it looked to me like someone grabbed him by the pants to drag him into position & why his hair was fanned out as well.. bc that one famous greenhouse picture where you can see Kurt’s leg & the detective squatting down beside him, well some people believe hurts legs were broken because the way his pants looked and I’ve always said his legs wasn’t broken and his pants look that way bc it looks like someone grabbed them to pull him into position.. yeah some people actually thought his legs were broken..
Also since 2014 after they released the photos I asked why no blood spray on his left hand & also the gun was in my opinion to long with that choke on it for Kurt to be able to actually reach the trigger.
Also In one of Tom grants phone conversation you can hear Courtney say to Tom, I don’t understand why there was so much blood on and around his feet. I believe she was trying to paint the picture like Kurt was standing up and leaning over with the guns butt on the ground and so it would appear that he actually did do it himself. She had no clue in about 20 years pictures would be released.
I can literally go on & on about many details & red flags
