    Greetings, Mama Betty! Oh, looks so delicious! I will definitely try this recipe! Btw, is it better to cover the Joloff rice with unbleached [brown] parchment paper or bleached [white] as I understand the unbleached has less chemicals. Bleached is still better than foil, though. Blessings! ❤

    I bake my jollof @400 F for 30min, add any stuff you want and then 300F for 20mins. This recipe went very well in the oven. No burns
