It’s sad sometimes the funniest people alive who bring smiles and laughter to us, can’t bring it to themselves. We still miss you Robin Williams and you will never be forgotten.
Robin Williams would sit in the back of comedy clubs to write down/steal jokes. It got to the point comics would refuse to go on stage if they saw him in the room. He'd say these jokes on late night show interviews or in casual conversation to imply he was hilarious on his feet but he'd sway conversations towards his memorized stolen jokes.
"I used to think that the worst thing in life was to end up alone. It's not. The worst thing in life is to end up with people who make you feel alone." - Robin Williams
‘Aladdin.’ ‘Good Will Hunting.’ ‘Good Morning, Vietnam.’ ‘Mrs. Doubtfire.’ These are my favorite movies with Robin Williams. We still miss you, Mr. Williams…
Robin Williams may just be one of the greatest actors ever. He could go from a comedic role to a serious one in the span of a minute. If I ever got to see someone that wasn’t with us anymore, it would be him.
He made everyone laugh, smile, and cry, no matter what movie he was in. That was the magic he had, and no one will ever forget it. ❤ Thank you for this video!
My favorite RW movies that I've seen so far😢💚 - Good Will Hunting - Dead Poets Society - Bicentennial Man (a SUPER FREAKING UNDERRATED MOVIE 😮) - Aladdin - Mrs. Doubtfire - Jumanji - Hook - Night at the Museum
I had the pleasure of meeting him several times years ago and it was something that I treasure. One Hour Photo is his deepest role ever. R.I.P. Robin...🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
What a true acting legend, I’m only so very sorry that his career and much more important life, was so brutally cut short, because I think Robin would have kept on acting until he was ancient. My favourite film of his is Mrs Doubtfire because it’s always meant a lot to me in my life and my generation and it shows of his talent for being very funny and dramatically affective and it has a beautiful message of family being where the heart is, and may he rest in peace 💐
"Aladdin" "Mrs. Doubtfire" "Jumanji" "Hook" "Good Will Hunting" & "Night at The Museum" trilogy are my favorite Robin Williams movies... I love him so much!!!
When he left us, the world became a less happier place to be in. His humor and his charm captured our hearts and imagination. His movies Dead Poets Society, Good Will Hunting and Patch Adams all left their mark on me as a student of humanity!! We saw the comedic side but also the human side of Robin in his portrayals of the characters in these movies!! R.I.P. Robin Williams 😢💔
Robin made us laugh. Made us cry. Scared the bejeezus outta us. When I was a 19 year old college student I bought and proudly wore rainbow "Mork" suspenders.🌈 Robin was a force of nature. The sharpest comedic mind ever.
While Jumanji and Popeye were when I first *saw* him, Aladdin will always hold the biggest place in my heart because like so many born in the 80s and 90s, that’s when I heard his voice for the very first time. Genie has been and always will be my favorite Disney character because of Robin’s unforgettable performance. 💙
OMG, I love “Hook”. It’s my absolute top favorite Peter Pan movie. 💗💗 Most people barely remember it, and even more don’t know it exists (it’s one of the least know Steven Spielberg movies and is underrated af), but it’s a movie everyone should watch at least once. “Good Will Hunting” is awesome, but it doesn’t hold a candle to Aladdin - Robin Williams _is_ the Genie and the Genie _is_ Robin Williams (literally) - which absolutely deserved the top spot.
I think a testament to just how funny Robin William was is how the Genie in Aladdin is still entertaining today, even after most of the pop culture references have become outdated. And the Genie also, of course, has lots of heart. The ending of Aladdin when he gets set free makes me tear up every time I see it, in part because of its unintentional meta-commentary. Rest in peace, Mr. Williams. We're gonna miss you, buddy. 💙
You guys are forgetting one more movie called Robots (2005) when Robin Williams voiced Fender a red robot that keeps falling apart, and other parts have a mind of their own.
When you're thinking about Robin, it's like he was your eccentric cousin who used to visit every once in awhile and always had something new going on that made his life seem more interesting than yours. "I bought an RV!" Next time, "I wrote a detective novel!" And then, "A rich guy died and left me his toy factory!" And you'd want him to sit down and tell you all about it, because his stories were always so funny. A visit from him left you laughing for days, but he had a serious side that people rarely saw. He dealt with the problems in his life with humor and dignity. He died way too soon, but when you think of him, you laugh more than cry. And you think, "Way to live life, Robin. Way to live life."
I really miss Williams. My most favorite movies are Aladdin, Happy Feet, Mrs. Doubtfire, The Birdcage, Jumanji, Everyone's Hero, Robots, Popeye and his stand up comedy specials, Live On Broadway and Weapons of Self Destruction. He made me laugh so hard when I was a kid, and to this day he still makes me laugh and sometimes cry. I even enjoyed Bicentennial Man and Dead Poet Society I'll miss very much
My favorite comedian of all time and my 2nd favorite actor. What Dreams May Come is my favorite movie, but I love Aladdin, Mrs. Doubtfire (w/Sally Field fav actress) , Hook (w/fav. actor Dustin Hoffman), and The Birdcage, too. I knew the first time I saw him-on Happy Days- he would become a superstar. RIP Robin you are missed.
I think the thing that Robin had that many don't is the ability to feel intrinsic to the movie, you couldn't replace him with anyone else in his movies. The movies are him and he is the movie
I rewatched what dreams may come not too long after he died and based on the subject matter of the film, of how his wife dies and how he died in real life, it just brings different emotions and thoughts for that film ♥️♥️
I'm heartbroken that Bicentennial Man didn't make the list. Far and away my favorite Williams performance. Based on a Isaac Asimov short story, it makes me laugh out loud and ugly cry every time I see it. If you haven't seen it, you owe yourself to check it out.

Jumanji is one of the best movies ever made. I was captivated when I first watched it. Everything about it was incredible. The CGI, the acting, the production, music, and the pacing. Such a good movie
As genius as Robin Williams was at playing comedic roles, he was amazing as the bad guy in One Hour Photo, and Insomnia. Those movies just showed how great an actor he was. Like the way Jim Carrey played the bad guy in The Number 23. I love when comedic actors turn it around and play evil. R.I.P. Robin Williams, you brought so much to so many.
Hook, Aladdin and Mrs Doubtfire was my childhood ❤ I definitely watched What Dreams May Come too young and I think it gave me nightmares; I’d like to watch now I’m older. I plan on getting the Jack quote ‘make your life spectacular’ with a genie lamp as a tattoo. Robin is so apart of many of our lives. He is greatly missed ❤❤
WDMC is my favorite movie. I liked it better than the novel. It is well worth watching. The acting is terrific and the special effects are incredible. It's the kind of a film many people LOVE and others hate because they are so narrow minded and unimaginative that the concept of a Heaven we create for ourselves enrages them. I wonder if Robin's Heaven is a movie set or an Impov Club. I can't imagine him going through eternity not improvising hilarious entertainment. He was truly brilliant re: both comedy and drama.
For someone who struggled with so many demons and felt unhappy when alone but brought so much joy and humility to others no matter what he did, it's sad how his own story ended. The man was a genius and made so many people smile, laugh and cry many times in the same movie. Rest in peace sir.
Robin Williams is one of my childhood part of my life. When he died, me and my Mom were shocked. I'll remember him in Aladdin, Jumanji and Night at the Museum. Rest in Peace, sir. ♥️♥️♥️

To honor Robin, all the actors who had portrayed Genie on Broadway up to that point got together on stage and sang A Friend Like Me.
It was such a beautiful moment
