Measure 3 at 0:14 which occurs a few times: I believe there is a mistake on the 7th doted quarter. There should be another note b 16th grace note on that A.

It's just that the "quartolet" (don't know the English term but I mean the 4 notes over a dotted quarter note) at the begining of measure 5, I'm like: did he really think of it like that or is it "the most appropriate transcription"? You did not notate the microtonality. It's a hard feat to accomplish, but bare minimum make note of it somewhere in your score so that viewers are aware that not all of the notated pictches have a literal representation in your score.
