Parchment paper
Heat press (a mini press or home iron without steam will also work) - amzn.to/4cjw2jp

Glue (I use Aleene’s Fabric Fusion) - amzn.to/3ROubuW
Cricut machine (Maker, Explore, or Joy)
Standard grip mat (or strong grip mat if your mat isn’t sticky enough)

You can just use the contour tool to get rid of the holes from the original image

looks like something I need to do! I noticed you did not tape the leather to the mat. Isn't that something I should be doing?

I used a newer mat so it was super sticky, plus smooth leather sticks really well. If using an older mat or pebbled leather, tape would be a good idea.
