This sounds entirely reasonable, like you're trying your best. But the city should be reconsidering these permits; why are foreign regimes' propaganda events being permitted at all? (unless the Israelis are paying the bill for the policing, but even then 🤔).

I do 100% agree , It does zero but to cost Canadians more money, And just causes even more disruption .
