You play very cleanly and articulate, but it lacks any emotion or life. I feel like you're playing the notes on the page, but you're not being expressive in your playing. It's like taking a principal trumpeter in an orchestra and slapping in a jazz band to play some heartfelt blues... he's gonna play it too straight. I'd suggest working with more dynamic change on held notes and try bending notes where appropriate, especially between a lot of the back and forth between Ds and Es, as well as between Fs and Gs. Adele bends a TON with her voice, and you can do it on trumpet too! So sing with your instrument! Maybe it's just the orchestration of the backing track, but at the shout chorus near 1:05, there's not enough strength in the music. Should be louder and more forceful.

I haven't been able to play due to a throat infection and man, I miss playing my trumpet. I'll save this for when I'm better!
Wish you fastest recovery!
You're probably okay by now, but i wish you the best of luck with your throat!
This is one of my favorite cover so far. I wish it was longer. I feel you could give it more punch in the end. You sound great.
I appreciate the feedback! I'll try to make my next cover more punchy.
