What's that spot where you got the AHF1-M?
That's on the top floor next to dark offices all the way in the back corner. It's right above blue card room I think (I'm really just winging it on labs I don't have too much experience outside of looking for hideout items) there's a few ledx/stim spawns in there and that one in the fridge can spawn high tier med items like that
