I picked up the new Les Beiges collection from Nordstrom yesterday. I saw the SA’s putting out the testers and made a beeline for it. It’s gorgeous! I tested the three primers and fell in love with the Icy Beige. I’m as fair as you, Jen, but my undertone is a soft peach; not pink. I’m 80, with über dry skin and don’t normally use a primer because it’s a product I just don’t need. My Clé de Peau wears beautifully all day without it, but I just couldn’t resist the effect of Icy Beige. It gives such a lovely soft, natural glow that doesn’t draw any attention to so-called imperfections in texture. It was an impulse buy, but I know I’ll be using it whenever I want a little extra somethin’ somethin’.
I prefer a glowy look rather than a shiny look. I want people to say she has beautiful skin vs she has beautiful makeup. Great video Jennifer. Thank you.
This is the video I've been wanting to see! I have so many of these types of products. I would also love to compare them to the Westman Atelier Liquid Super Loaded and maybe even the Chanel No 1 Skin enhancers
I’ve got the icy beige and the charlotte’s flawless filter in fair 1 . I experience the same thing as I see on you with the foundation on top .The chanel makes your skin looks more even and calmer . It does draws less attention to fine lines . I love it 😊
Icy beige came out today here! I jumped on it. The sa also gave me one of the Chanel trinkets from the Xmas packaging, what a sweet heart. I had wonderful service at the counter.
As one who rarely wears foundation, the only product that has impressed me is the Les Beiges Healthy Glow Cream in Rosy Beige which I decided to try. I can wear it on its own, yet I'm lucky enough to have a healthy glow to my skin naturally without any product. I despised growing up with oily skin, but I'm rather grateful now for what it has gifted me. Also, moving away from a large city to the fresh alpine air, which is when I decided to stop wearing foundation, has most definitely helped my skin. I also discovered a tinted sunscreen which looks just like a tinted moisturiser, which helps my skin appear natural still. I have to admit Jen, that with each test, I preferred the Chanel side on your right. Gave off a more natural look. I picked up two Givenchy Luminisors from their Holiday Collection, one in an Icy Pink which I wear as a Highlighter and a Bronze, which looks great on the lips (either by itself or over lipstick) or to mix with foundation or wear as a bronzer. When I saw the last test, this Bronze did look very close. I haven't tried it with foundation yet. Another 'glow product' I bought was from Rabanne. It's called Metal Shots and can be used anywhere on the face you wish. It comes in a bottle with a dropper, so can be easily applied to wherever you want it. I've only used it as a Highlighter at this point. I've bought so many products recently, I feel like the mad scientist of make-up! Wishing you a wonderful New Year, Kris.🇦🇺💖👩🏼🎨🍾🥂🕊
Thank you!! I loved this video, this collection is launching on Tuesday here in Canada at my local store and I will absolutely be getting the icy white color!! I love the finish!!
Do you think the frosty white perfects the skin a little where you could wear it alone? Also, would you mind trying on the frosty white with the D&G powder that you love? I’m going to get one.
Just found your channel and what a perfect video. I just ran out of my CT flawless filter & tbh had no idea there were so many of these? Lol. Funny too bc I'd been eyeing the Chantecaille rose one a long time ago and just got notified it was back in stock. Pretty sure that's the one I want (but too still watching this lol). Also was getting ready to order that pinnacle brush. Lol
Very in-depth, thank you! I have the VB gold primer/moisturizer and of course a small CT. The CT is definitely more metallic. I received my primer yesterday, the middle shade, and I’m excited to use it. It definitely makes the back of my hand look amazing, haha!
Such a great comparison video. Thank you. It really helps to SEE them all. Love them. Now I want the Chantecaille rose and the Chanel. Wow. I love it 😊. Nordstrom is sold out. Man boo
Thank You for this video Jen! Chanel definitely looks great. I’m not big on using primers under my foundation. But I was blown away by Rosy Beige - I use it alone (with a bit of finishing powder on top) on “no makeup” days. I even got a back up for it. I’m wondering if you think that new Chanel primers can be used on their own as well? What I like about Rosy Beige - it evens out the texture and has a great blurring effect while not providing the actual coverage. Would you say new primers somewhat similar or not? Also not sure if they are much more glowy - although I can create that on your skin in general they look very natural and healthy.
Is the new Chanel primers like the other Chanel primer that came out in a tube with only 1 color the same type of thing ? I definitely have the 2 lightest shades in my list if I can ever get my hands on them before they sell out . I also want the rosey light drops . I love glowy primers and liquid highlighter and I definitely already have a few of these I love . Thank u for doing this video . Definitely interested in the new product whatever it is .
HI, new sub here! Thank you so much for the detailed comparison. I have called all around the week it launched and no one had anything. As soon as they dropped on Nordstrom, I bought both primers, the eyeshadow, the mauve and coral blushes, and the Keep Cool balm. The whole order was canceled days later. 😢 I was able to snag the icy beige primer and am loving it, and the mauve blush is on its way, as well as the balm. I definitely need that frosty white since I have a very similar skin tone. Such a helpful review, thanks again, and am looking forward to more videos. Happy New Year!!! 🎊 🎉
I also just called my SA to tell her I DO want that copper primer she had left that nobody wanted, lol! I think it’ll look fab on my fair, freckled skin tone in the summer. It looks gorgeous on you! ❤
Thank you so much! best comparisons video. 🙌 The others I would wonder about are the Chanel La Blanc Le Base, the milky white liquid in Asia, and the regular line glow primer (which looks closer to Icy Beige) that was released a year ago. I recently got the Flawless Filter in a PR box, I review/write about tea but I get oddball products off an influencer list. I am surprised I like it, but I've been using like a highlighter/finisher on my cheeks, amd it does a good job of blurring. My cheeks are like a northern hemisphere, fine lines in the north, oily pores in the west, and dry patches east and south. 😅 I just found the Radiant Moisture foundation on David Jones in 10 shades instead of 3, hoping we will see that stateside, it's my favorite foundation. The Le Blanc Base is on there too, if people want to see that.
Hiii Jenny!!!! I love your videos. Please, you know something about new D&G spring colection ? D&G is my favorite on makeup and I see you have many D&G makeup. Thank you very much and Happy New Year !!!!! 🎉🎉🥂🥂🥂🍾🍾🍾
Hi Jennifer i love those type of primers I wear them just on their own. I love Le blanc rosy drops and Chantecaille as well, and Chanel les beiges fluid, i also love Chanel skin enhancers. So if I can find it , I probably going to get frosty white and icey beige. I haven’t looked for that collection yet, hopefully it will be av in more retailers, after New Year🤪 Have a blessed day 🙏❤️
Jen thanks for a comprehensive review of these primers! Is it me or Chanel side looks lifted, smoother compared to charlotte tillbury with icy beige?? I scored these at Nordstrom now sold out but my Chanel boutique was all out. I opted for the two lighter shades.
Now tho I'm intrigued hearing about the "new" product? I would want the pink 💗 shade more than likely. I'm debating tho waiting instead of purchasing now??? Do you know when it'll be available here in the states?
Are you able to reveal approximately when the product which is similar to D&G Solar Glow in pink is being released? I heard you say you will replace the video, but there won't be a notification for that. If the only way to get information is through your Patreon subscription, that's fair.
Hi Jennifer. Thank you for this excellent video. Can you please respond with the name of your foundation brush please? I heard you say it, but I don't know how to spell it. I would like to pick up the same brush.

I’m really excited about the new primer in Copper. Can’t wait for them to come out in the US. Wonderful and detailed review! Happy New Year 🎊
Thank you!! I loved this video, this collection is launching on Tuesday here in Canada at my local store and I will absolutely be getting the icy white color!! I love the finish!!
Thanks for this great companions video Jenn... you totally got me to get all three of the new Chanel Les Beiges primers!🥰

Thanks for the review ! My Chanel lady called when I was watching lol .

The pinnacle brush is amazing! And there are so many it’s hard to choose the right one. Hopefully this was helpful!
And welcome! Thanks for watching 😊

The Chanel side is my preference as well. Have you noticed if the Chanel primer does anything to the wear of your foundation?
This is amazing thank you! Would you say one feels more hydrating than the rest ? Thanks ❤

I couldn’t find the Chanel frosty white primer at Nordys- out of stock
Fragrance?
I am very annoyed with their selective releases
Thank you for sharing! I like the look of the Chanel healthy glow.
