I have a friend who went through the military in Korea. He said he was traumatized by the treatment he received and, at one point, made to eat a live frog. Korean society accepts this as normal. I hope JK's case will bring about a reform in the military. It is much needed.

BTS is the gem of their country, who have worked endlessly in making the identity of their country. If a portion of their own country treats them like this, then how do they treat normal citizens there? If people have positive image of their country, then above 90% is their contribution. Literally?? Weak personality? Jungkook is someone who left his family at the age of going to school, playing & being with his family. If someone can leave their family for the sake of pursuing their career at that age, they are never feeble. Plus cooking isn't a very easy work, especially if you are cooking in the military for obviously not 3-4 people. And its obvious that militants assigned to some work might have some other works too like training & so on.

Mi esposo hizo el Servicio Militar y me decía que es verdad que te tratan muy mal los sargentos o capitanes, chicos que apenas son de la misma edad del soldado y que realmente se sienten poderosos. If someone can leave their family for the sake of pursuing their career at that age, they are never feeble. Plus cooking isn't a very easy work, especially if you are cooking in the military for obviously not 3-4 people. Mi esposo hizo el Servicio Militar y me decía que es verdad que te tratan muy mal los sargentos o capitanes, chicos que apenas son de la misma edad del soldado y que realmente se sienten poderosos. PERO, que depende del soldado que se deje avasallar. Muchos se enfrentan y se defienden con alto grado de agresión. Pero, lamentablemente abusan si el soldado es sumiso.
