Hi Justin, Thank you so much for all the super helpful content you put out! I am not expert in AI and definitely a very recent beginner with sketchup (as needed for my job), but from the looks of this video, it's pretty neat. I do see however, that it seems one has to be very specific on the wording to produce the results wanted. I guess it's how one words it that will be the real tell tale sign of what it can do. From the look on their website, it seemed super impressive though what they were able to achieve - wish they would show you how they key that in. Thank you!!!!
I appreciate Justin's review which was spot on. Ai provides quick visual ideas and hopefully will be a great research tool, but the future will be with easier to manipulate rendering tools and their is nothing wrong with that. And on that note I am excited for the next iteration of twinmotion and enscape.
hi Justin, I’m not a fan for rendering my architectural projects in Sketchup, I rather build a 3d scale model and some artistic drawings to show my customers but, anyway this AI is very interesting and turns me on, despite this there’s something I hate, when you get to some trial and after that you must pay a @#&%” subscription” monthly fee for life, all my buys are final, for life. So, is there a “one charge for life” option?
@atrejosq - No, there's no "one charge for life" option. While I hear what you're saying, this is probably the new normal and isn't going to change anytime soon.
Well all render engines running in sketchUp are limited by how sketchUp works. That is why rendering in an external app can yield better results. But I also agree a photo of a model can also be a gray tool - it leaves a lot out for the mind to imagine.
One little constructive critic I have here right know: From minute 02:00 until 12:00 you are just sending querys to ai. What you have said inside the video, could be compressed to 5 minutes for my taste.Thank you!
Professor question. In the program you have 30 chances for Render when you use it all how is the solution. You must open the program with the same email or another email.?
maybe someone able to combine comfyui or a1111 with sketchup, bringing in the file and later can produce it inside a1111 in which we can train our own model, style, masking part of the image that we didnt like and re do the part only..
Great videos but I'm yet to see anything that excites me from an AI point of view that will speed up my rendering process e.g. intuitively changing lighting, photorealism etc. on my model without wiping out what I've put in there. e.g. I want to see AI photorealism on an Eames chair I've positioned in a room but I don't want AI to turn the Eames chair into a bale of straw or something else obscure. Until AI gets there - and it will - the rendering side is not of much use to me. Waiting to see how Lumion pulls something out of the hat with AI.
Hi everyone! Let me know what you think about Veras AI in the comments below! :)
hello bro, does it link with archicad and how ?
The AI tech is a great additional tool to explore ideas early on in a very short time frame !
Big thanks Justin great demo as usual... Excited to explore.

I think you should watch the Video from Joseph King about Rendering with ai... They are going deeper. I didn't watched it.

if you're in a hurry this app is good it can save your time to think ideas or concept.
WHAT a great guy help me out big time that’s a big thumps up from me!!!
Thanks for the shoutout! :)
No worries dude - great interview! :)
@@Thesketchupessentials thank you ;)
Thank you, you are a machine, it works perfectly, not like other videos that are a lie.
Nice video! Good explanation
Can it do like a half render say you want to compare two different styles for the same picture say left side modern and right side rustic?
this is the start of AI, its hard to imagine where its be after 2-3 or 5 years?
Right - crazy that how it is today is the WORST it will ever be - it just keeps growing
Does this make video animation or its just images

I agree with strongly liking the monthly rental model. Whoever came up with this funding scheme which many companies are copying should ...

My friend, it seems that the era we used to live in & had enjoyed it is over. I don't think we are going to see it again 😢😢
Is it free to use ??
man, you really strong !!
impressive video!
Sirve para Mac ? Lo has probado en MAC ?
Very cool!

Crazy!

Generally you pay for access after 30 chances
Although impressive, but still cannot imagine AI will replace architects and desigers !!
I agree, nor do I think it should
not at all, as AI just can create renders as of now, cant create working details
Can we render 4k ?
thanks
:)
i belive veras is powered by GPT based API from openai

Same design, same room from different cameras. Possible?
free plugin ?
goog job man
Can u make a video of how to download sketch up free crack version
It's better for Architecture not for Interiors
AIR for SketchUp is better! 😜
