Squires solo here is absolutely on fire. As much as I love the studio version, I've always felt this version right here was how it was intended.

John's guitar solo with Reni's drumming is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I've ever heard.
The outro is beautiful. The chiming guitar riff and that drum line by Reni is just so smooth then turns into a powerhouse and Mani’a bass underpins it all.....then it morphs into another song. This is art and craft my friends in pop music at its best.

I was a medical student in the early 1990 and kind of lost confidence in myself and was pretty lost and unhappy. This was the theme tune to my turnaround. It was such a beautiful, sensitive and hopeful song. Still almost moves me to tears.

Oh no ..... I'm mistaken it's the original riff. I had this Gig on white label Vynl and I used to Love Johns guitar riff as the ecoustics at the Winter Gardens Empress Ballroom must have been fantastic!
