Please help me. I'm sewing thin fluffy fabrics and the machine puckers my seams. The seam seems to be wrinkled. I can't adjust the thread tension. please help me. juki ddl 8000a

.....and also what direction to put the needle in as it has two different divots on either side of the hole. Im not sure which one to face to the left?

thank you linda , glad it helps. Make sure the vein on the needle is facing out to the left. To switch off the voice you have to find memory switch J-05 and change it to zero. check out the manual for more of a step by step

ballpark guess is 45 or 69 maybe a 92 if your lucky. Needle size and fabric will play a role. Its trial and error beacuse its indiviually based
