Lord, have mercy on us for selfishness and lukewarmness... allowing ourselves to get caught up in our own situations rather than attending to the call to prayer of standing in the gap on others’ behalves.
My God, come awaken your holy fire of travailing prayer. Take us deeper into fiery love of being one with You, God, joined in unison with your heart. Holy Spirit, overshadow us as you did with Mary… all so that we can give birth to your purposes in the earth through praying it forth in travailing prayer. That which is not initiated by our own desire to “groan” but being so hidden in Christ that the Holy Spirit groans through us in His timing.
Come, raise up more fiery intercessors who know how to travail until Christ is born in others. In Jesus’ mighty Name I pray.🙏🏼
