I added up the accessories cost and it is much more than the SsBrewtech unitanks. The base model is cheaper if you are not tempted to get all the goodies

How do you clean out the trub from the bottom?

Even with the racking arm turned all the way down there's still a little bit of stuff that you can't get out without spraying it out and inverting it. Fortunately, it's pretty small, so it's not really a huge pain.
