Nice job...some of those old buildings in background of photos were still there in ‘70’s, when I was a student. Update: in January 2020, both football and cultural museum (whose staff presented this, I infer) are out of action. In October 1924, when Haskell beat U of Minn, my dad was a 19-year-old Ojibwe, a former high school football player, living near the place where game was played; he (& his dad) certainly were aware of Haskell and the athletic abilities of those guys-I much later heard of it from him often.

Beautiful tribute to Haskell...I grew up in Lawrence and back then, Lawrence High School played its football games in Haskell Stadium. Wonderful memories, proud that this great institution is in my hometown.

I live two blocks away from Haskell University and this stadium and have been in Lawrence for 20+ years without any knowledge of this amazing history. What an incredibly well-made and informative short film!

Too bad Haskell gave up football. There are some good NAIA teams in Kansas...Haskell should be one of them.
